Pros:

Struttura molto acogliente con personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile, parcheggio comodo che ti permette di lascare la macchina e non avere pensieri. Dista veramente a pochi km dal santuario ed è rgiungibile a piedi. ossibilità di mangiare in struttura la sera ad orari cmodi per poter poi partecipare alla fiaccolata.

Excelente hotel... Las instalaciones, el personal, la atención... Todo perfecto!!! Es nuestra cuarta vez en Lourdes y, sin duda alguna éste hotel ha sido el mejor... Repetiremos...!!
100% recomendable!!

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, y esto es ajeno al hotel, fueron los grupos de niños incontrolables, los monitores tomando café en el bar y los niños solos en las habitaciones (niños entre 10 y 14 años)

Perfect hotel voor een paar nachtjes!
Pros:

De ligging net buiten het centrum maar perfect op korte wandelafstand gelegen.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar lekker en voor ons perfect.

pour un séjour de 2 à 3 jour c'est très correct à un prix raisonnable

Coté chambre calme et très agréable vue sur la montagne . petit déjeuner complet salé et sucré large choix .Établissement très propre. Hôtel appréciable. Bon Accueil au service du client.

Pas convaincu du restaurant , apparemment pas de menu ,pas de carte . Très bruyant

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist zu Fuß leicht zu finden. Es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen, was die Kommunikation erleichtert. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr beschäftigt und hat manchmal keine Zeit, sich um alle Gäste zu kümmern.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt; das Brot wird auf den Tisch gestellt und es wird nur ein Stück pro Person gezählt. Die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig – im Zimmer fanden wir einen weggeworfenen Pappbecher auf dem Boden und Haare in der Badewanne. Die Fenster sind schmutzig, also da gäbe es auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.
