No check in, foi pedido uma caução de 100€, que não tinha sido avisado antecipadamente, não foi explicado onde era a localização das comodidades no hotel, por exemplo, o pequeno-almoço, o ginásio, a sauna… Foi nos entregue duas fichas, onde ambas diziam “1 token” com o desenho de uma bebida, Mais uma vez como não houve explicação de nada, deduzimos que fosse 2 bebidas de oferta. Nisto mais tarde, na piscina, quando nos dirigimos ao bar, a senhora que estava no bar, foi super arrogante, viu que estávamos confusos acerca do token, mas também não teve a vontade de nos explicar como funcionava. Pedimos as 2 bebidas na mesma. Quando entregamos as fichas, pensando então que era de oferta, ela riu se com o colega e disse “ têm que pagar, não pensem que é de graça”.

Dostaliśmy pokój nr 1419, nad którym, na piątym poziomie znajdują się urządzenia klimatyzacji. Urządzenia są bardzo głośne i w nocy o godz 2, zmieniliśmy pokój na pokój piętro niżej z powodu uciążliwego hałasu urządzeń klimatyzacji. Ten pokój i przyległe na czwartym pietrze nie powinny być objęte ofertą.

La ubicacion y la limpieza ,buen trato..

Cada vez que te dan un vazo o una taza,tu tienes que devolverla con unas fichas que te dan para ello,al final si no devuelves las fichas te penalizan.y ademas aparte de pagar la estancia por adelantado te obligan a deposirar 100€ de fianza dicen que ....por si tomas algo del mini bar...subimos a la habitacion y el mini bar esta "VACIO" jajaja...pido un Whiski Jw.etiqueta negra y me ponen...la mitad porque no les quedaba ...,la solucion...pues le cobro la mitad ( un dedo de whisky) .en fin
