Abenteuerurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Metrostation L3 nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Da Barcelona ein super gutes öffentliches Verkehrsnetz hat, kommt man einfach überall hin. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele kleine Restaurants. Man ist sofort mitten drin. Das Studio ist klein, aber ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir waren jeden Tag außerhalb essen, sodass wir die kleine Küche im Studio nicht benutzt haben. Nur den Wasserkocher. Das Bad war sauber. Die Dusche funktionierte. Die Klimaanlage auch. Im Doppelbett konnten wir gut schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist sehr gut. Probleme und Fragen klären jederzeit möglich. Das Ein/Auschecken klappte problemlos.

Cons:

Die "Aussicht" aus dem Fenster.
Die Schränke der Küche sind ungünstig angebracht.
Wenig Stauraum für Anziehsachen.
Andere Gäste des Hotels waren sehr laut. Bis weit in die Morgenstunden Party, Möbel rücken, lautstarke fröhliche Atmosphäre im Flur und schwungvolles Schließen der Studioeingangstüren.
Unter unserem Studio gab es ein Studio mit kleinem Außenbereich. Hier rauchten die Gäste des Studios und wir als Nichtraucher mussten unser Fenster schließen, da der Rauch nur nach oben hin abziehen konnte und in unser Studio drang.

Cons:

La imagen de fotografías supera lo que pagué por la habitación. Me parece caro la habitación para lo ofrecido y las fotos no se corresponden con la imagen fiel de la habitación.

No vale lo que cuesta
Pros:

La verdad es que no puedo destacar nada como especialmente bueno. La ubicación era cómoda pero tampoco diría “buena”.

Cons:

-precio excesivo
-cama pequeña
-apartamento pequeño sin espacio para dejar el equipaje
-aire acondicionado no regulable: o 21 grados (demasiado frío) o nada
-no había cafetera ni tostador
-limpieza: la justa (baño y cama ok, pero churretes por las paredes y los rincones,etc -ver fotos-)
-no hay personal en las instalaciones
-garantías de seguridad de los datos durante el check-in dudosas (quieren que mandes el DNI a una dirección de email y pagues la tasa turística en un link que te mandan. Aunque tampoco me entusiasmen hay apps para eso, que en principio deberían ser más seguras)

Pros:

Апартаменти поблизу лінії метро і зупинок наземного транспорту, зручно дістатись до основних туристичних пам'яток і аеропорту. Зручне заселення, чистота, є необхідний посуд для приготування їжі. Тераса на верхньому поверсі, ліфт працює. Персонал дуже приємний.

Pros:

La ubicación y lo simple del lugar.
Si vas de paso y pasas poco tiempo en el hotel, por trabajo o turismo, te queda muy bien este tipo de hoteles.

Cons:

No había calefacción en la habitación.
Me comentaron que estaba mala y por eso habían dejado calefactores portátiles y pequeños en la habitación y baño. No pueden no tener calefacción en invierno !!!!!
Yo iba a viajar con mi hijo de 1 año, menos mal que finalmente no pudo y fui solo a pasar frio a BCN

Gute Lage, sauber, alles funktioniert :)

Cons:

Bettwäsche aus Polyester, man schwitzt darunter.
Lärm aus den Zimmern daneben.
