La ubicación.

Cons:

El hotel está muy envejecido y hay muchos detalles descuidados. Hay que pintar paredes, arreglar enchufes, lámparas, colgadores...
La limpieza tampoco era exhaustiva.
Creo que los dueños del hotel deben hacer una inversión en mejorar el estado de las habitaciones.
Es verdad que es un precio ajustado, pero sigue siendo una cantidad significativa como para esperar bastante más del alojamiento.
