We want to return here!
Pros:

Luis is the heart and soul of the hotel—a wonderful person who is always ready to help. My son and I were pleasantly surprised to be given a room on the 11th floor, offering a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. The hotel’s location is top-notch, very close to the beach, which is both wide and clean. Almost everyone of the kitchen staff, however, were very pleasant, and the meat and fish dishes were delicious. A special thank you to the ladies who cleaned our room—they did a great job every single day, keeping it spotless. Overall, we would love to come back!

Cons:

On the downside, the water in the swimming pool was very cold in October; the selection of desserts was limited and often not very tasty; and there was one unpleasant woman working in the dining area who always looked dissatisfied.

Personnel agréable et très a l écoute, nous avons perdu les papiers d identité ils on tout fait pour nous aidez. L emplacement de l hôtel est parfait

Great value half-board.
Pros:

Great value half-board for a couple of days stay. Not sure we’d want a week there but excellent for our needs.

Cons:

It loses the sun in the early evening, so nicer to seat at the beach nearby than by the pool.

I had everything what I need. Location was great! Staff very friendly! Room was clean and pretty with lovely balcony and view. Food was very tasty.
