The bathroom was clean
The room was awful not what I’m use to staying in out dated horrid bed and bedding
Location
Breakfast incredibly basic. Room was very basic as well. Bathroom very tired.
No fridge
It's close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop
The room is not soundproofed. We can hear next door's voice
Nothing it was so dirty
Everything
Girls from reception were very friendly and breakfast venue was nice
Unfortunately hotel room vas extremely different from what was offered and placed in pictures. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody
Location was perfect for all we wanted to do.
Our toilet seat was broken on arrival, asked to get it fixed, was told it would be done but didn't get fixed.
The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy when you turned over etc!
Carpets need cleaning.
Generally needs decorating.
Noise from the next door hotel @12 @3 @4am smoking pot and talking loudly.
We understand its only 2 star but they had no decaf tea etc small things like the cups etc being on the tables at breakfast.
We also understand its the summer holidays so its busy, they still need to make sure there paying guests are catered for.
The bar!! Was never open.
All in all not the best place but it did the job we needed for our visit to Dorset thos time.
Was a good location.
We could not stay the night and were refused a refund. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was filthy, the shower, shower seal and ceiling was covered in black mould. The towel rail was very rusty. The wallpaper was ripped in several places in the room. There was a hole in the ceiling in the room from what appeared to be water damage. The bedding was stained and the whole room was generally dirty. There were no staff to complain to so we had no choice but to leave it was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com
De ligging is top, en voor 5 pond per dag kun je erbij parkeren. Personeel
Was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Hotel is leuk maar verouderd. Kan een upgrade gebruiken maar goed dan wordt het ook flink duurder.
De geur van afvoer en oude vloerbedekking
Location
The fact there wasnt hot water throughout the day it was set times for hot water between 0600-0900 & then 1600-2100
