Cons:

On my first night there was no-one at reception - a new guest was banging and banging on the door to get in. Freezing cold room. Weak shower.

You get what you pay for with great staff.

The staff were great, the property was clean and tidy in a good location and this all came with a free continental breakfast.

All in all we had a nice couple of days. Will come back as well.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, it made a nice change to have continental, plus it was varied as well.
The location was perfect, not far from the beach and also there was good restaurant's and pub's.

Cons:

It could have been a bit warmer in the night.

As a family run business, I expected more and felt they had care in the hotel industry

To sum up family run business with no heart in the industry or customer service.
We visit Bournemouth again but not stay in Mont Stuart hotel again.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was good only comment is we are used to an earlier one but only because we have always been early risers we managed by reading paper all restaurants pubs exerts were very close, good walk down to beach and pier being in our 80,s and 90,s the hill made it a longer time but we managed it every day did the heart good
