Best place to stay in old town centre of Valencia, old renovated palace with first class service and staff
Pros:

Fantastic central old town location in its own plaza adjacent to Cathedral square. Great views from the room facing the plaza. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, first class service and selections at breakfast. Valet parking.

Nothing to complain about - just perfect

The staff and the ideal location make this the perfect hotel to visit the beautiful city of Valencia
Pros:

ALL staff in this lovely hotel were very helpful, caring and attentive. They woke you up with a smile in the morning and sent you off for a restful sleep in the evening. Very helpful in recommending and booking restaurants, places of interest to visit and taxis etc. The location of the hotel is also fantastic for exploring the beautiful city of Valencia. The breakfasts offered a great choice and food was of high quality.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was all excellent.

Nicht das was man von einem 5-Stern-Hotel erwartet, Preis-Leistung passt nicht zusammen.
Pros:

sehr gutes Bett, Frühstück ok. perfekte Lage.

Cons:

winziges Zimmer, kleines, unpraktisches Bad. keine Badewanne, kein Bidet, keine Garderobe, keine Kleiderhaken und zwar nirgendwo. kein Stauraum.

Schitterend hotel op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

Schitterend 5 sterren hotel met alles erop en eraan. Met de auto is het lastig manoeuvreren in de oude stad maar de valed parking werkte goed. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Menu is uitgebreid en je kan kiezen wat je wilt hebben, alles ala carte.

Pros:

Ein super Hotel. Würden wir immer wieder das Hotel buchen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Auto wurde in die Hotelgarage von einem Mitarbeiter gefahren. Es gab jeden Abend eine nette Aufmerksamkeit auf das Bett gelegt. Alles in allem super. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen.

Muy bonito pero no es 100% cómodo
Pros:

El personal muy atento y educado. La limpieza, el silencio, la cama, la ubicación, capacidad de armarios, amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño poco practico, lavabo muy pequeño, con poco sitio para poner cosas, ducha con cristal, sin asa para sostenerse, cuidado con el techo de la bohardilla junto al escritorio.

Pros:

Beautiful old Palace and staff very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast. I tablespoon of yogurt and 5 blueberries and teaspoon of granola is not what I call good. I could have had other things also but as that was what I wanted I felt it was very poor judgement by someone.
