The decor is amazing the lladro bar is lovely to have a relaxing drink surrounded by lladro porcelain. Location is excellent for sightseeing in the old town loved our stay.

Exceptional quality across the board. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Viktor, Ivan and Maria. The room was immaculate. The roof top terrace has excellent views.
There was some noisy building renovation, which prevented me taking a nap. It was annoying at the time but the staff apologised and made up for it.

Neat and elegant interior, close to main road but good sound proof. Breakfast super nice. Friendly staff.
Hot water on and off in the shower due to maintenance. Although eventually solved,having this hassle at midnight after a long day was quite disappointing

Great location, pretty interiors, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. For my birthday, the staff organised cake and cava, which I appreciated very much.
Our room was a bit cramped.
