Please note, the wellness center is open from 07:00 until 13:00 daily for hotel guests. After 13.00 the wellness center is only available by reservation (additional charges apply).

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

In case of a non-guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. All reservations made with a credit card will be checked for the full booking amount. Prima Unterkunft am Rande Utrechts.
Pros:

Gutes Hoteldesign, kompetentes und freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Viele Ladepunkte für E-Autos.

Cons:

Randlage - aber wer das Zentrum von Utrecht nicht braucht, bekommt gute Leistung.

A pleasant stay. Clean room. Nothing wrong, but nothing special of note.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. The bed was comfortable. Good temp and pressure in the shower. The staff was efficient.

Cons:

For the price, it would have been nice for breakfast to be included, not an additional cost. It was a longer driver than I would prefer to reach the University College Utrecht campus (25 minutes). The hallway carpet was odd.

Mooi hotel
Pros:

Goede bedden en badkamer. Toilet apart is fijn en je hebt een zitje buiten. Heerlijk ontbijt! Kamers, restaurant en foyer zijn mooi en sfeervol ingericht.

Cons:

Niet heel goed bereikbaar per fiets en drukke weg naast het hotel hoor je goed. Ik kreeg een kamer met een tussendeur naar de kamer ernaast, dat is niet prettig als je de buren niet kent. Dit werd na melding goed opgelost door mij een andere kamer te geven.

Pros:

Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, alles sauber und ordentlich. Personal sehr nett. Lage an Linie 73 mit Bus 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Sonst nicht zentral, aber gut angebunden, für ein Wochenende perfekt.

Comfortable and pleasant stay, with staff that goes the extra mile.
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel with excellent value for money. They also have a nice game room in the basement with a pool- and tennis table. Also it was my mum's birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it memorable, even placing a special drink in our room.

Cons:

Only slight downside is the location. There is enough parking space and the direct environment is green, but otherwise it is enclosed by big roads and commercial areas, so for a long walk you better take the car to the lake that is not too far away. But it is a given and a minor takeaway.
