The wellness centre is open from 07:00 until 22:00 daily for hotel guests.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

In case of a non-guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. All reservations made with a credit card will be checked for the full booking amount. In case of no valid data, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Utrecht was beautiful, but the hotel was disappointing.
Pros:

The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality of food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. The reception staff was not helpful at all and came across as very unfriendly. Considering the high room price, it was disappointing that breakfast had to be paid separately. The price felt especially unreasonable because the hotel itself is already quite old and also located far outside the city center in the middle of a business area.

Fijne kamer! Dichtbij van alles in Utrecht, Uber goed betaalbaar

De kamer en de bedden

Cons:

Het beleid was veranderd… voorheen kon je het wellness gedeelte privé afhuren, dat was fantastisch! Nu was het te klein voor de hoeveelheid mensen en de faciliteiten daardoor niet allemaal te gebruiken.

A very satisfying and lovely time at the Carlton President Hotel in Utrecht.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, especially the bread. Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooked and continental food items available. Our room was very comfortable and also very clean. We enjoyed our view and access through our balcony to the lovely back garden of the hotel.

Cons:

We would have liked to be closer to Utrecht city centre, but it didn't take too long to reach town after all.

Pros:

I was very positively surprised. The hotel is located a bit outside. After arriving I was a little bit skeptical because of the proximity to the highway. But it was surprisingly quiet at night, even with the window open. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the breakfast very good.
It was easy to reach the city center by bus.
