Soggiorno ottimo e super approvato
Pros:

Staff molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con la camera con lo scarico del bagno e 10min dopo ci hanno cambiato camera. Stanze spaziose e ben fornite, presenza del bus vicino all’hotel e ottima la possibilità di affittare le biciclette. Presenza di mini frigo e macchinetta del tè e caffè. Buono il ristorante dell’hotel

Un ottimo hotel, con colazione super, tranquillo e collegato bene con i mezzi pubblici
Pros:

Colazione eccellente, completa e di ottima qualità. La camera ampia e spaziosa. Molto silenziosa, molto comodi i letti.

Cons:

La moquette nella stanza. Non mi spiego come mai un hotel di questo livello non preveda il bidet in bagno. Ma per il resto impeccabile.

VOORTREFFELIJK ONTBIJT MET HEEL RUIME KEUZE. HET PERSONEEL WAS ZEER VRIENDELIJK EN BEHULPZAAM WE MOCHTEN ZELFS AL INCHECKEN IN DE VOORMIDDAG. MOOIE GROTE BADKAMER MET RUIME DOUCHE. GROTE GRATIS PARKING MET OPENBAAR VERVOER OP LOOPAFSTAND VAN HET HOTEL. DE VERBINDING MET UTRECHT IS OPTIMAAL. WE RADEN DIT HOTEL ZEKER AAN.

VLOERBEKLEDING IN DE KAMER IS NIET ZO MIJN DING. IK HEB LIEVER EEN LAMINAAT OF STENEN VLOER. DIT WISTEN WE ECHTER OP VOORHAND EN WEEGT NIET OP TEGEN AL DE REST.

Pros:

Zona de terraza tranquila..parking gratuito exterior pero amplio y cuidado.
A 30 minutos de autobus con parada a tres minutos .
Dado que los precios del aparcamiento en Utecht te obliga a aparcarcar a varios kilometros y coger tranvia , la solucion es buena.

Albergo con ambienti molto curati e molto elegante. Posizione strategica per la visita di Utrecht e città limitrofe. Palestra, Spa, Sauna e Sala Intrattenimento a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente.

Cons:

Un po' troppa polvere ma forse dipende dalla presenza di moquette e tendaggi che la attirano notevolmente.

The bed was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

We had booked for 3 nights but decided to check out after 2 nights. We booked our break away for some rest and relaxation. We have never stayed in such a noisy hotel. A member of staff going through the hallway in the early hours of the morning with a trolley with the sound of crockery/glasses clinking. Then you have the housekeeping staff banging around in the rooms whilst cleaning. You also hear them chatting/shouting for each other in the hallway. On both nights we had the Do Not Disturb card hanging on the door. Both mornings housekeeping entered the room. I had already informed
reception that we would be checking out a day early due to the noise and housekeeping entering the room. Obviously nothing had been said to housekeeping about entering the room when a DND card is hanging on the door as that very same morning I had just stepped out of the shower when a male housekeeper entered the room. Reported this to reception and was told it would be reported to the housekeeping supervisor. A gardener was also busy cutting the grass outside our balcony at 9am. More noise. To be honest we were rather disappointed that the girl on reception did not even bother to offer us a quieter room elsewhere in the hotel. Seems that they would rather lose money. This was our first and last stay at this hotel.
