I didnt spend any of the nights there. It was horrible
Pros:

Nothing!! We did not even stayed there. We have being trying to talk to someone for a refunde or a fee. But not to pay the full reservation. It is more a hostel than a hotel. Not safe, not clean. In the photos they only show pictures of a “bar” a pool that is more a jacuzzi

Cons:

The safety, the rooms did not even have a safe to protect the things with value. The conditions of the rooms were not good. It was a scam! One of the rooms didn’t have even windows.

Pros:

The location was one block from the beach.

Cons:

The service was not friendly or helpful, the rooms were bad, broken sinks, exterior door was like a flimsy closet door. Did not feel safe. The rooms were also very noisy.

Cons:

The terrible noise, the fact that the windows could not be opened, the bathroom door that had holes in it towards the room, and all the noises and smells in the bathroom were perceived by everyone else in the room.

Pros:

Location, and pool was nice.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, safe didn't work, and was in a strange location that made it so you couldn't reach it. The room was extremely small. When I booked it, it said the room was on the first floor and it wasn't.

Ok for one night before embarking on a cruise
Pros:

Location was convenient and easy to get to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Very small so not too crowded and loud. Staff were pleasant and helpful when managing luggage and getting in and out of the facility.

Cons:

Not very accessible. Someone with mobility challenges this will not be appropriate. Room extremely small and did not feel very safe as a single woman being stuck in a room all the way in the back. Water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

La atención fue buena, porque tuvimos que reservar a las 12 de la noche y la persona vino a abrirnos. El resto del personal también nos atendió bien. El resto nada nos gustó

Cons:

La habitación (pequeñísima), los WC (muy viejos, aunque mínimamente limpios). Lo peor fue la habitacion estaba en un bajo (sin posibilidad de abrir ventana, por el TREMENDO RUIDO DEL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA VENTANA DE AL LADO A 1 METRO DE DISTANCIA. LA CAMA MUY MALA (sabanas....todo) NO DORMIMOS. SOLICITAMOS OTRA HABITACION, NO HABIA...FUE UNA NOCHE PERDIDA EN SAN JUAN. UNA LASTIMA. SIN Desayuno (solo en fin de semana)
