The location is really good the only issue is the WIFI. it’s really slow and I couldn’t connect whatsoever if I did connect it was for a good 2-3 minutes and it disconnected. They own 2 hotels blocks apart from each other and sometimes the owner leave this hotel to go manage the other hotel leaving it unsupervised. Me and another girl were locked outside of the hotel @2am for an hour because the owner was at the other hotel no one was there to buzz us in. ( you can’t walk in on your own someone at the desk must let you in) thankfully we were let in my other customers that were staying at the hotel but even then people come to Puerto Rico to party etc so imagine someone coming to the hotel hungover and being locked outside for over an hour especially as a woman is dangerous. Other than those 2 issues the hotel itself was okay. It has an old Spanish type of vibe to it but it is a 3 start hotel at the end of the day.

Esta vez no tenia los artículos del tocador lo cual tuve q pedir además de las toallas y además la ducha,no drenaba el agua .

Everything has been perfect, location is fantastic, che room was beautiful, quiet and clean. I'm glad we were just here for one night. The staff did do their best to make our stay pleasant

The room was clean and sufficient for our needs.

Cons:

You can see this was a really nice place at one time. The pool was not operational, and doesn't look like it had been for some time. The bar was never open and the surrounding area did not feel as safe as I would have liked.

Pros:

The staff was very attentive and kind, the hotel was clean and orderly and the pool was well maintained. Would 100% stay here again!

Cons:

There are definitely cracks in the windows i got bit up by mosquitos like crazy.

Fantastic and cozy local hotel just blocks from the beach
Pros:

This is a lovely little local property in Santurce, San Juan … two blocks from the beach with a sister hotel on the way, on the same street. We were able to book the 2-bdrm which is literally a mini-apt, full kitchen, fridge, private porch etc.
Ricardo, Jhan and the entire staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. The property is quiet, secure, conveniently located and very cozy …
I would undoubtedly stay here again. :)

Cons:

The only thing I could slightly complain about is the WiFi is a little unreliable. But given that I was on vacation honestly I didn’t really care. :P
