Ok for one night before embarking on a cruise
Pros:

Location was convenient and easy to get to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Very small so not too crowded and loud. Staff were pleasant and helpful when managing luggage and getting in and out of the facility.

Cons:

Not very accessible. Someone with mobility challenges this will not be appropriate. Room extremely small and did not feel very safe as a single woman being stuck in a room all the way in the back. Water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

La atención fue buena, porque tuvimos que reservar a las 12 de la noche y la persona vino a abrirnos. El resto del personal también nos atendió bien. El resto nada nos gustó

La habitación (pequeñísima), los WC (muy viejos, aunque mínimamente limpios). Lo peor fue la habitacion estaba en un bajo (sin posibilidad de abrir ventana, por el TREMENDO RUIDO DEL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA VENTANA DE AL LADO A 1 METRO DE DISTANCIA. LA CAMA MUY MALA (sabanas....todo) NO DORMIMOS. SOLICITAMOS OTRA HABITACION, NO HABIA...FUE UNA NOCHE PERDIDA EN SAN JUAN. UNA LASTIMA. SIN Desayuno (solo en fin de semana)

Not a good value for the price.
Pros:

Nice location. Had good potential to be a nice place to stay if improvements are made.

Cons:

Check in took much longer than it should have. Internet was terrible in our room and TV depended on it. Bed was hard.

Didn’t stay at that property, they didn’t have my room and walked me to the sister property which was sold as an upgrade but in reality was not very nice.
