One of the male staff members opened my door without knocking on two separate occasions on two separate days. Then says oh I thought you needed laundry service when the card clearly says do not disturb hanging on the door. Perv for sure

Not what we hoped for unfortunately. The place does have a lot of potential though!

The location was great and the staff was kind. The facilities were also charming.

Cons:

Unfortunately it appeared the bed was not cleaned when we arrived. We had every reason and indication suggesting sheets were not replaced between guests. This made it impossible to want to sleep in the bed but it was very late when we got into bed and discovered this and we were extremely tired. There were also dirty towels left inside the closet on the floor that did not belong to us.

La atención fue extraordinaria. El cuarto fue entregado muy rápido. Fueron muy diligentes con la situación de no tener donde quedarnos y el precio fue excelente.

The prices are good

Cons:

I booked reservations and got there at 2am.. door was LOCKED. They had a phone number and a doorbell that didn’t work. They told me to go to the sister property that was down the street and I called 10+ times and didn’t work. I think they should have someone on the property 24/7.. especially during busy weekends like this weekend!

My stay was everything and more . I will be back to visit again .
Pros:

The property was very clean and near everything . The staff were very helpful and friendly . Especially Otoniel . He made sure the rooms was clean and stocked with the things we needed. He also was a vey great photographer for me and my fiance while we were in the pool area.
