Kiedy przyjechaliśmy okazało się że nie ma wolnego dla nas pokoju i zaproponowali nam obiekt oddalony o 6 km. Żadnego poinformowania wcześniej. Obiekt jest overbooked i po prostu klienci mają się dostosować

Špinavé prostory, hlasitý život a snídaně na hranici poživatelnosti.
Cons:

I když jsme měli předem zaplaceno a provedli jsme on-line check-in, neměli jsem připravené pokoje. Prý overbooking.
Nakonec nás dali do pokoje se šesti lůžky, bez klimatizace, bez možnosti otevřít okno. Takže jsme za jeden pokoj nakonec zaplatili 290 EUR za noc. Na písemnou reklamaci nereagují.

Zweckmäßiges Zimmer, sauber, viele Restaurants fußläufig

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, sodass das Zimmer ab 6Uhr morgens nicht mehr aushaltbar war. Klimatisierung der Flure wurde leider auch ab 22uhr abgestellt. Gerade am heißesten Wochenende des Jahres hätte ich mir da etwas Flexibilität gewünscht

Ich kam zu meinem Bett und fand jemanden, der schlief, und als ich zum Empfang ging, behandelte sie das nicht gut, ich habe mich persönlich, um mit der Person in meinem Bett zu sprechen, und er hat auch das gleiche Bett.

Pros:

Хороше розташування хостелу, не далеко від станції метро. Також на районі є багато закладів, супермаркетів і навіть Лідл.
Сам хостел досить великий. Кілька корпусів, є окрема кухня.
Ми бронювали сімейний номер з власною ванною. Ванна була чистою, у номері стіл з 3 пуфами, 1 велике двоспальне ліжко і 2 двоповерхових. Хороший персонал, який завжди радий допомогти. Є окремо бар, де можна купити напої і зона для роботи. Окремо на вулиці є зона для харчування, можна з собою приносити харчі та напої.

Cons:

Відсутність кондиціонера в жару 40 градусів - це катастрофа. Це не так специфіка хостелу, як Німеччини загалом.
Вікна з кімнати 249 виходять на шумну вулицю, тому коли будете відкривати вікна, щоб хоч трішки було прохолодно готуйтесь до шуму майже усю ніч.
На спільній кухні було дуже брудно, особливо мікрохвильова, раковина не працювала.
Швидке виселення- до 10 ранку.
У кімнатах не завжди добре тягнув інтернет.
