Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal nett.

Cons:

Wir waren gegen 15:30 Uhr vor Ort, mussten allerdings noch warten, da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Nach einer Anreise von fast 7 Stunden und mit drei Kindern, davon zwei kleinen, war das leider nicht besonders angenehm.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zwar freundlich, machten auf uns jedoch teilweise einen etwas lustlosen Eindruck.

Die Zimmer selbst waren sauber und grundsätzlich gut. Die Flure und der Hostelbereich hingegen wirkten nicht ganz so gepflegt. Die Teppiche sahen sehr alt und abgenutzt aus und waren teilweise nicht besonders sauber. Auch die Türklinke im Badezimmer war kaputt und fiel ständig ab. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption angesprochen und daraufhin wurde uns freundlicherweise das Frühstück für die ganze Familie kostenlos angeboten dafür möchten wir uns bedanken.

Das Frühstück war übrigens wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig, das hat uns positiv überrascht.

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft schön und man kann dort durchaus guten Gewissens übernachten. Für den Preis hätten wir uns allerdings etwas mehr erwartet, insbesondere weil die Unterkunft mit Parkplatz preislich nicht wesentlich günstiger war als ein Hotelzimmer.

Alles in allem also ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen positiven Punkten, aber auch Verbesserungspotenzial.

We had to clean our room ourselves apart from the room. We really had a great time. We could sit outside with the other

I love old buildings and always when I travel I always make sure to choose old buildings… the security was top-notch . I like the fact that one could open the doors with a card including the elevators, that’s a huge plus for us parents travelling with kids… the other guests were super friendly and nice… kids could play and run around… even though there were kids it wasn’t too noisy…

Cons:

Our room was dirty and the toilets were dirty and unhygienic… the room wasn’t clean, there was still dirt food cramps on the beds. Baby cot was broken and our baby couldn’t sleep in it!!! Under and on the beds were dust… we checked in around 20:00 pm so there was enough time to for them to clean up the room properly… the pillows and blankets smelled like old cheese…the shower drain was clogged…the rooms were extremely hot no air conditioning , there wasn’t no towels or toilet paper. I went down to the reception and told them that our room is dirty and there were no towels, toilet paper they give me towels and toilet paper but didn’t send a cleaner up to clean the room up so we had to do that ourselves. We were extremely exhausted from travelling and still had to clean the room ourselves. The staff were really friendly that the reception, but they didn’t sent us the cleaners so they could tidy our room up. The corridor was smelling like old men shoes filled with cheese. And that small is coming from the mat on the corridor I think they should remove that mat in the corridor. One thing I should say is even though there was so many nationalities we all understood each other very well that’s a plus but I think the managers should involve and invest so much time into cleaning actually get people that really cleans they are moulds in the shower and in toilet pot is extremely unhygienic.

El barrio está muy bien y que te guardan las maletas 24h después del check out.

La habitación era asquerosa, la cama tenía cosas cuando llegué, las sábanas estaban limpias pero se notaban muy viejas y por la noche me encontré un pantalón que no era mío encima de la cama. Pensaros bien si queréis pagar un precio tan barato para luego estar en semejantes condiciones!

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, Parkplätze vorhanden, freundliches Personal und einfacher Check-In und Out. Zimmer funktional ausgestattet. Bad klein.Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Flure dreckig, viel Müll und stickig in den Fluren. Eben Hostel-Flair. Liegt aber eher an den Gästen bzw. Gruppen bei unserem Aufenthalt vor Ort.

Frühstück wird nicht überwacht. Letztendlich könnte dort jeder zum Frühstücksbuffet kommen.

Für eine Nacht war es für uns als Familie ok!
