Cons:

No lockers in the rooms, even though I saw lockers on pictures.

A room with 6 strangers and no lockers in the room. There are other hostels in Berlin with the same price or cheaper. Disappointing and highly inconvenient, had to change a lot of my plans.

Hallo a&o Team,
Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. So wie es ausgesehen hat ein Nachbar im Nebenraum mehrfach geraucht. Das geht gar nicht. Ich habe nicht mal richtig Luft bekommen. Das ist Körperverletzung.
Ich habe eine Mitarbeiterin darauf angesprochen. Danach war’s besser. Personal war der freundlich und super nett.
Normalerweise erwarte ich dass der Gast Hausverbot in allen Häusern erteilt bekommt und für die Unannehmlichkeiten gerade stehen muss.

Pros:

Do not under any circumstances stay here unless you want your cash and personal items taken from your room by staff. When reported to hotel reception they had absolutely no interest and said there was nothing they can do. Obviously they are happy with their staff stealing or are even in on it and benefiting themselves. Local police also had no interest due to it being tourists from another country! They wouldn’t even record it as a crime.
Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!
This hotel has no shame! Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour!
Believe me, if I could give 0 rating as a review, I would without doubt!!
