Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
​ich schreibe Ihnen, um meine große Unzufriedenheit über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Leider entsprach der Service in keiner Weise den Erwartungen.
​Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Ihrem Personal äußerst unfreundlich empfangen. Nach einer neunstündigen Autofahrt mussten wir feststellen, dass die Betten im Zimmer nicht vorbereitet waren. Trotz zweimaliger persönlicher Bitte an der Rezeption wurde uns nicht geholfen. Besonders unverständlich ist dies, da auch für unser Kind der volle Preis berechnet wurde, das Kinderbett jedoch nicht hergerichtet war. Anstatt uns zu unterstützen, unterhielt sich das Personal in einer für uns unverständlichen Sprache untereinander und ignorierte unser Anliegen.
​Des Weiteren möchte ich folgende Mängel reklamieren:
​Kinderwagen: Obwohl ich direkt nach der Reservierung einen Kinderwagen angefragt hatte, wurde mir dieser vor Ort verweigert. Dies empfand ich nach den vorangegangenen Diskussionen als reine Schikane.
​Zustand des Zimmers: Die Dusche wies einen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Zudem ließ sich das Fenster nicht ordnungsgemäß öffnen, da es mit einer speziellen Vorrichtung fixiert war. Ein Hinweis am Fenster drohte bei Beschädigung dieser Fixierung mit einer Strafe von 250 Euro, was ein ordentliches Lüften unmöglich machte.
​Service: Während unseres Aufenthalts sahen wir ständig Personal mit Bettwäsche auf den Gängen, dennoch sah sich niemand in der Lage, unser Zimmer bezugsfertig zu machen.
​Diese Erfahrung war sehr enttäuschend. Ich erwarte daher eine Stellungnahme Ihrerseits sowie einen angemessenen Vorschlag zur Wiedergutmachung (beispielsweise eine Teilrückerstattung des Reisepreises).

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Silah war sehr nett beim Frühstück.
Das Frühstück war ordentlich: verschieden Müslis, Wurst, Käse, Brötchen, Eier, Joghurts und Salat. Alles frisch.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und einfach. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut.
Der Duschabfluss könnte mal wieder erneuert werden.

Die Lage zum Ostkreuz ist ganz ok, es gibt Supermärkte und zahlreiche Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Frühstück war auch ok.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist auf spartanisch getrimmt, das Bad ist wirklich arg klein, bspw. wenn man größer als 1,90m ist kann man nur sehr unbequem das WC nutzen.

The inability of them to take responsibility. Their false advertising implying they accepted cash payments, only to arrive at the hostel after booking and they had a different story.
