Pros:

I enjoy staying on this side of town. Don't have to deal with the awful West Knoxville traffic. Plenty of great places to eat close by .. wish the pool water was a little warmer since it states heated pool

Even through the remodel, everything was nice.
Pros:

The soft beds and clear pool and hot tub.

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, but the front desk attendant was gracious enough to change my room.

BEDBUGS

Laura the manager (who doesn't need to be working in the hospitality industry) Her attitude and face are the same. ➡️☹️
Room 302 had bed bugs! My granddaughter, who is on the spectrum, was terrified, crying, itching and scratching, and said she was sitting in the bathroom all night!! An adult bedbug plus 3 tiny bedbugs got on her throw blanket she brought with her. She and her mother had to change rooms around 2:30 a.m. Laura, the manager and sour puss, completely ignored my granddaughter when she wanted to show pics and a video with bugs moving on her blanket. She wouldn't even acknowledge that my 15 year old granddaughter was standing next to her mother!! Laura made it seem like my granddaughter and her mother were lying!! 😡 My other granddaughter and myself stayed in room 303. Late on Christmas night, I was looking for something I had misplaced. I looked all through the sheet, blanket and the nasty bedspread that hotels never wash.
I turned down the bedding to the bottom of the bed. A very tiny brownish/reddish bug was slowly moving on my bed. I kept looking to be sure my eyes weren't imagining the tiny bug that was moving. I took pics and expanded them. I pulled up the Google lens app and it said it was a bedbug!! 🤮 I picked up the bug with a tissue and took it to the front desk around 3 a.m. The young dark haired man said that it looked like ear wax to him!! 😂 I showed him the pics that I expanded and he still wouldn't admit that it was a bedbug!! 😡
WARNING! DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE! BECAUSE, THEY DO HAVE BED BUGS NO MATTER WHAT THE "HOSPITABLE", FROWNY, UNFRIENDLY, UNAPOLOGETIC, BITTER LOOKING LAURA SAYS! I was not comped anything after paying $700 for 4 nights, for 4 beds, 2 mini fridges and 2 microwave ovens! The first night we were there was when my granddaughter found the bedbugs and my granddaughter and her mother had to change rooms at 2:30 a.m.!!
