Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

They had a little bit of everything and tasted pretty good. I loved the grassy area out by the side of the building I enjoyed laying out in the sun enjoying the beautiful weather it was so peaceful.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

We needed the pull out sofa bed and did not have sheets. Had to call front desk and was told we needed to go get them. I guess it was late and only one person at desk, but when I went down to get them there was no one there. Waited around 5 minutes for them to show back up, thankfully with the bedding.

Pros:

Very clean I stay in a lot of hotels in many areas this is the place to be great staff very clean rooms very very strict room cleaning and bug prevention you can sleep clean and worried free well kept pool and hot tub perfect ph levels and very delicious breakfast eggs sausage bacon and much more rooms are updated and clean BETER THEN EVAN BIG NAME HOTELS

Not bad for price. Outdated.
Pros:

The staff was awesome, the pool was nice, and it seemed fairly clean.

Cons:

It was super outdated, the beds weren’t comfy at all and they dipped in the middle so we rolled on top of each other all night.

The location was excellent. Could be downtown Knoxville in 8 minutes. 2 really good restaurants very close by. Rooms and interior newly updated. Overall, a great place to stay.

I enjoy staying on this side of town. Don't have to deal with the awful West Knoxville traffic. Plenty of great places to eat close by .. wish the pool water was a little warmer since it states heated pool
