Room 302 had bed bugs! My granddaughter, who is on the spectrum, was terrified, crying, itching and scratching, and said she was sitting in the bathroom all night!! An adult bedbug plus 3 tiny bedbugs got on her throw blanket she brought with her. She and her mother had to change rooms around 2:30 a.m. Laura, the manager and sour puss, completely ignored my granddaughter when she wanted to show pics and a video with bugs moving on her blanket. She wouldn't even acknowledge that my 15 year old granddaughter was standing next to her mother!! Laura made it seem like my granddaughter and her mother were lying!! 😡 My other granddaughter and myself stayed in room 303. Late on Christmas night, I was looking for something I had misplaced. I looked all through the sheet, blanket and the nasty bedspread that hotels never wash.
I turned down the bedding to the bottom of the bed. A very tiny brownish/reddish bug was slowly moving on my bed. I kept looking to be sure my eyes weren't imagining the tiny bug that was moving. I took pics and expanded them. I pulled up the Google lens app and it said it was a bedbug!! 🤮 I picked up the bug with a tissue and took it to the front desk around 3 a.m. The young dark haired man said that it looked like ear wax to him!! 😂 I showed him the pics that I expanded and he still wouldn't admit that it was a bedbug!! 😡
WARNING! DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE! BECAUSE, THEY DO HAVE BED BUGS NO MATTER WHAT THE "HOSPITABLE", FROWNY, UNFRIENDLY, UNAPOLOGETIC, BITTER LOOKING LAURA SAYS! I was not comped anything after paying $700 for 4 nights, for 4 beds, 2 mini fridges and 2 microwave ovens! The first night we were there was when my granddaughter found the bedbugs and my granddaughter and her mother had to change rooms at 2:30 a.m.!!

The day staff on our arrival date, 05/30/25, was somewhat short with us when needing assistance. When settling into the room, we noticed that the TV remote was missing. I proceeded to return to the front desk to request a remote. The staff member provided the remote to me and I then returned to the room. We then attempted to use the remote and it didn’t work. We then returned to the front desk and the staff member seemed a little annoyed that we were back. He then explained that we had to connect the remote to the tv, not previously explained. Additionally, the pillows provide little to no support.

I would have liked a little more fresh breakfast choices

the front desk guy, morose and was going to make me go back to my car to get my reservation information (I'm handicapped and walking is painful)

The breakfast had very little selection and what was there was not good.

A staff member coming into my room without knocking and I was completely naked and not decent so was my husband and asleep. And he was slow reacting and took his time exiting the room it was very alarming, and scary and embarrassing

The lighting above the bathroom sink needs improvement. Was very dim! Too dark to use mirror.
