It was surprisingly a great experience. The staff all went above and beyond. The breakfast was really good. Good coffee. The stores around me made it super easy to shop. Perfect location. 10 minutes from my son's place. Even the guests who were staying there some for months were all good folks. I will definitely recommend.

Staff was kind but that’s where it ended, unfortunately. Room was damp and smelled. Little flies in room. I was happy they had a little makeup wipe but opened it and it was brown and smelled so bad. Breakfast was barely breakfast. A few muffins, toast, and luckily a pancake machine. Ice and other machines broken. That said, for the area it was the best option around and had lots of food/needs nearby.

Love show clean this hotel was. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again !

The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Our towels/bath linens were exchanged every day along with trash pickup and beds made.

The continental breakfast was mediocre. There was no protein at all and the pancake machine malfunctioned regularly. The pancakes were very unappetizing in both appearance and taste.

The hotel star rating overall would was an 3.5, mainly due to carpet in room we stayed in&the clerk that checked us in.Everything was really good.The clerk that checked us in was,well different,from any other times I have stayed at hotels,&I travel often,so its been many.He was kind&efficient,but a bit lax on professionalism.I called for sheets for pull out bed,which i do often bc i am w/my son;I was told i needed to grab them at front desk.That was a 1st. They are normally brought to room.No worry,he did say he was only one on site&we went down to grab them,i was handed the sheets all bundled up in a ball! Honestly,I was unsure if they were clean or not! I was surprised i was handed them like this.I smelled them a FEW times, bc they didnt smell clean(like soap),but didnt smell dirty (what would that smell like).So even till now, i dont know what they were.That was another 1st&unprofessional& weird.Handing a customer blankets that looked like they were either just pulled from dryer or HAMPER! not a good feeling.The room was nice only issue was the STRONG musty smell,which i am 100% sure was coming from the carpet.It was noticeably unclean by sight,smell and touch.There was a film on it from either heavy deodorizer oftenly placed on top to cover the smell which has now built up a film on it which is absolutely disgusting we put socks on to walk through the room our entire 2 days of stay there because it was gross.Rest of room was clean&proved after clorox wipe down.

There was construction on the roof and the pool was closed all 9 days I was there. The construction was noisy and all day long. Had I known this I would have picked a different hotel.

No bells and whistles but that’s what I paid for. A good place to stay for out of town work assignment. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Only have carb options.

The ac unit was not properly working, bathroom dirty
