Il restait des déchets de Mc do devant la porte qui donnait vers l'extérieur, le flexible de douche était cassé. Pour le canapé lit, il n'y avait qu'une petit couverture en polaire. Les draps ne pouvaient pas tenir sur le canapé. Un des barreaux d'une chaise était cassé
La grandeur du condo 108, le lit confortable. La proximité des lieux...
Le condo 108 manquait un peu d'amour...
Il manquait plusieurs articles de cuisine, salle de bain et le spa ne fonctionnait pas le vendredi il était glacé.

Perfect location, with walking/biking paths networks just beside, a nice children playground 1 min away, a bakery and restaurant just across the street, just minutes away by car from Magig downtown, Mont Orford, Parc national du Mont -Orford (SÉPAQ). Two large jacuzzis (shared with other guests) were also nice to have. Very quiet area and place to BBQ and sit and enjoy outside.
Not the most comfortable beds and sofa beds, in one of our two units top shelf of the fridge was broken, and there were no coffee filters in the kitchen, nor shampoo shower gel in our bathroom. The other unit had these. But this was a minor inconvenience compared to a great location and we enjoyed overall.
The room was clean. Good location.
The futon was very uncomfortable. There were not extra pillows for the futon.
There was a coffee maker but no filters or coffee. There were no tea bags. Every other hotel or accomodations we have stayed in had the supplies to make coffee or tea, including sugars and powdered milk. Very disappointing, when you are travelling it should not be expected that you would have the supplies to make coffee for a myriad of different coffee machines.
There were no ice cube trays for making ice.
The fridge stunk and had lots of condensation.
The booking referenced a front desk but there was none.
There was an information sheet with a QR code that was not functioning.
The cutlery was very cheap and sparse, only 3 dinner knifes. There was no rack to dry the dishes.

Il n'y a aucun personnel sur place. Très difficile de joindre quelqu'un en cas de problème. Manque d'insonorisation.

J’ai absolument tout aimé , il y a eu un petit manque de communication qui fait que nous n’avions pas reçu notre code pour l’entrée autonome mais une résidente de la place nous a grandement aidé!
We really liked the pool. Convenient location, all important attractions are 5 minutes езды. Opposite there are two cafes with good breakfasts.
