Pros:

A lovely spot with a beautiful pool and a stunning beachfront view. Food is so good. The staff is very professional and useful. Very valuable for relaxing for those who want to stay away from the noise.

Cons:

It takes over 1 hour to the airport and over 1 hour to the centre. Nothing for dining around except the hotel's restaurant, although the food is so delicious.

Beautiful hotel but I was expecting a better service.
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet, clean but reception table should be more friendly.

Cons:

The front desk service for check in and out could be better. They seem under trained.
And concierge desk service also could be better.

年越しに最高なロケーション、素晴らしいお部屋でした。
Pros:

部屋からのロケーションが最高でした。
また全てのスタッフの方が
一生懸命に働いていて感動しました。
またあるアクシデントがありましたが懸命な対応で回避できました。心から感謝しております。

Pros:

화장실이 자동물내림이라 좋았고 방이 깨끗했어요

Cons:

지하주차장이 없고 실외주차장은 건물에서 좀 걸어야해서 힘들었어요
그리고 커피머신이 고장인지 캡슐을 넣어도 커피가 안나온게 연속 세번임. 결국 나가서 사먹음

아래 개선점에 쓴 것 말고는 다 좋음.
Pros:

구관(동관)은 리모델링 신관(서관)은 신축된 지 3년밖에 안 돼 시설이 깨끗하고 잘 유지관리되고 있음. 조식부페. 석식부페도 퀄리티 가격에 합당함. 특히 온수풀은 한겨울에 너무나 행복하고 좋았음. 직원들도 모두 너무 친절함.

Cons:

처음 예약시 신관과 구관 나눠져 있는데 이걸 제대로 안내하지 않는 것은 정책실수임. 정직하게 홍보필요. 신관 스위트의 경우 바다전망으로 하려면 무조건 클럽라운지 옵션과 4인 조식 (우리는 3인이었는데도) 을 무조건 다 포함해 돈 받아버림. 세계 어딜가도 이러는 경우는 처음 봄. 내가 50개국 넘게 다니고 온 나라 고급 호텔 경험해 봤는데 이건 정말 아니다. 깔끔하고 새로 지은 동탄 아파트 정도 실내 퀄리티에 (나쁘다는 건 아니나 평범한 디자인이라는 말) 1박 거의 150만원 낼 정도의 럭셔리는 아니란 말임. 3명 간 경우 객실료야 다 내더라도 클럽라운지와 조식까지 모조리 4인까지 다 받아버리는 악덕 정책은 이 호텔 최대 치명적 결점임. 경영진은 이보다ㅜ더 나은 해외 고급호텔들 경험이 많다면 좀 바꾸시라. 없다면 좀 다녀보고

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Jeju
Pros:

I love everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. The customer service is exceptional. Special mention to the duty manager, Teddy ( I hope I get the name correct) who served us so well and made us felt so welcome. The breakfast was great! I’ll definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing. I love everything.
