Trying to be positive, but some things just aren't positive...

Layout of the room was nice, spacious, and well utilized.

Cons:

Found bugs in the room, struggled sleeping because of bugs, toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl and was poorly attached so it moved when sat on. Bathroom sink was backed up and had gross particles that came up every time the water was turned on, ended up having my kid and myself just wash our hands in the bathtub every time we used the bathroom so we didn't have to deal with the slow drain and bits of clogged crap coming up. Air conditioner didn't work properly either. Tables were sticky in the room. Breakfast was average and fine, the pool was also closed our entire visit which was one of the main reasons we picked that location. Closed for cleaning and maintenance and had a sign on it saying so that looked like it had been hanging there for quite a while... Probably should have been mentioned on their site if the pool was going to be closed long term... When I mentioned these things to the staff member (I was very kind and respectful not rude or confrontational) I was responded to with a blank state of in the distance she then took down a quick note and said "ok, thanks for letting us know, I will get this note to our maintenance staff." Then went back to her computer and wouldn't look at me...
