Hotel para nada recomendado , me cobró doble y por más que debí la factura nunca la enviaron yo lo compré y pagué por booking y luego ellos me volvieron a cobrar
We took a look at the breakfast room, it was crowded so we decided to go elsewhere. We didn't have time to wait on the room to clear out.
Tight access to the elevator, smell in the hallway, people smoking immediately outside the main entrance. We had to walk directly through the smoke to get in the lobby.

Would have been nice if we could have used the pool
Great location. However, the hotel rooms were clean, but are in dire need of updates. Furniture looks worn.
We noticed the surrounding hotels had cars but this hotel was fairly empty. That should be a sign of maybe to stay somewhere else next time we are in the area.
This hotel was perfect for what we needed as we were traveling on the highway to get home. It was on the interstate and the location was great. The front desk staff were so kind and friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful and there was even a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the lobby all day and evening, which was nice. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. We look forward to staying here on our next trip through Elizabethtown. Highly recommend! :)

Pool not open
The hotel was clean without any smell. I forgot a stuffed animal dog and a throw blanket. they have sentimental value. I noticed about 20 miles away. I called them and they saved it for a week. I got my dog back but not the blanket the following week.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect and room was well maintained.
I was assured by the staff that the room was very quiet. This was very important to me. And it was quiet, until 3:11 a.m. when it sounded like the people in the room above were moving furniture or something. It was thud, thud, thud until at least 4:30 a.m. It didn't sound like children were running around. I have no idea what could be going on upstairs. I was in Rm 216, I think, tho I couldn't say for sure. I often stay in Elizabethtown and would like to stay at your facility again. But not with the noise.
The rooms were clean and staff nice. The continental breakfast was good as well.
The AC didn't work the way it should. The rooms kept getting warm and not getting as cold as typical rooms. My parents and my siblings families were there as well and said the same thing.... the rooms were stuffy.
Staff was polite ..... Room was clean and beds was very comfortable .... breakfast was good.
No pool ... when I booked the room it advertised a pool .... the pool was out of service .... we had to go across the street to Baymont hotel to swim .

When booking, it shows there is a pool. There is not a pool at the hotel. The beds are super hard.
