Good Location
A little too noisy. People in rooms across the hall were way to loud
We were very pleased with a previous Hampton stay. NOT this time. The room had several carpet stains, the bathroom had repairs which were unprofessional looking, a chipped tub, and the wall-mounted Lotion bottle was pulled out of the wall, neighbors apparently were smoking and the smell came in our bathroom, and things were left in the frig.If I wasnt so tired I would have changed rooms.
We had a lovely experience staying at this Hampton inn. The friendly man Jeffrey at the front desk made the check in process smooth and fast. Thanks Jeffrey!
As part of a long Florida trip, hitting the hay was an amazing decision. At first we had an issue with checking in but Jeffrey at the front desk was lowkey about it and got our situation resolved. The atmosphere is calming yet simple without coming off like an office room and the activities available in the hotel are great pass time activities. Love it all, and I love Tallahassee!
The rates were reasonable, the staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the place was clean, and safe.We will come back here again. I’ve never stayed at a hotel, where the staff was so welcoming, cheerful and happy. How did they find such great employees?
Nice location
Slippery shower, had to turn off the AC the fan made a hell of a noise, tile floor was sticky
Our room was perfect for our family. They put us in a suite - we weren't expecting but very much appreciated the room
The room was not cleaned, that was okay, we didn't mind but would have appreciated clean towels.
The bed
There was not one piece of comfortable furniture in the room. The bathtub was dangerously slippery and no rubber mat available. There was no towel racks in the bathroom on which to hang a towel. The toilet was too low. Elderly people have trouble with a toilet that low.
I will not stay a Hampton Inn again. I have been an Hhonors member for years and I am very disappointed in Hilton facilities.
Everyone was super sweet and inviting. Shalona was super helpful when I needed to replenish some toiletries. Truly the nicest interactions I’ve had in a hotel.
I just wanna say Jeffrey has been amazing i appreciate his professionalism his has done and amazing job. Because of Jeffrey I'll be returning again.
The staff upon arrival was very nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were very clean. James the staff members that checked us in was very friendly and professional. Overall an outstanding job.
The location was great from where we needed to go not far at all. And from movie walked into the hotel until we left, everybody was extremely nice. And very helpful and the property and the rooms were very well kept and everywhere.
You went smelt very nice and fresh, very clean. We would definitely go there again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonder stay at stay.

Jeffrey checked me in. He was so nice! Forgot a couple necessities and he was very helpful. Oh! And oh my gosh he made these cookies, wow, they are by far the best I've ever had!
