Pros:

It was amazing! We had a private beach for our family due to the season in April. The staff was super helpful. Everything worked. We got non cost late check out untill 5 pm. Will definitely come back..

Хороший пляж и территория. Много бассейнов. Бассейн внутри с соленой водой 👍.
Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный.
Персонал очень любезный , заботливый и приветливый .

Cons:

Всегда останавливаюсь здесь в не сезон. Цена качество прекрасное.

The outdoor facilities are excellent, and the pools are great. However, the sauna and steam room are quite small
The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, which we appreciated..

Cons:

Our room had a sea view, but it was very small, especially compared to their sister hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, next door. Both hotels are similarly priced, but the difference in room size and comfort is significant.
The breakfast was disappointing, as the food wasn’t hot.
The air conditioning also wasn’t working. When we asked about it, we were told it wasn’t the season for it yet. This made the room very uncomfortable, and we struggled to sleep. We couldn’t even leave the door open for some air because the room was so small that my daughter’s bed was right next to the door.
The bathroom layout was inconvenient as well. The toilet is separate and doesn’t have a sink, so you have to use the main bathroom just to wash your hands.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
