The room was large and the bathroom was well equipped. The hotel is handily placed for the Atocha station and Retiro park. The room was effectively cleaned and the staff were friendly.
It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities including cups and saucers and a kettle. Only 2 glasses were provided.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options. The rooms were large, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also very close to Atocha Station, making it perfect for exploring Madrid and travelling around. Highly recommended!

It's clean, the staff is very helpful, and the location is great. Retiro Park is within walking distance, the train station is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, so overall, it's a very good hotel.
The hotel getting old, and the furnishings show it. The mattresses on the beds and the elevators should already be replaced.
