Pros:

Персонал обычный и работников много. На рецепции много работников. На завтраках много работников. В номере было чисто и убирались хорошо, все белье и полотенца были чистыми и полотенца меняли ежедневно. Завтрак обычный.

Cons:

Но много работников не значит, что высока их эффективность. Например, старший по буфету (в темном костюме в отличие от остального персонала) все время нашего завтрака стоял у соседнего столика и громко разговаривал в завтакающими за этим стоиликом гостями (по по испанской мерке, наверное, это нормально).
В номере было по два полотенца (вместо четырех!!!) на персону. В туалете было беде, но не было ершика для унитаза. В ванной комнате не было кондиционера для выведения пара. Мебель старая. Коридоры старые, на стенах износ.

La ubicación, el poder pagar allí un late check out, el tamaño de la habitación que me tocó esta vez (no siempre ha sido así), incluido el baño, que es muy amplio.

Cons:

Hay algo que no sé si es mejorable: a veces las paredes parecen de papel y se escucha el ruido del pasillo y otras habitaciones, lo cual resulta muy molesto a la hora del descanso. Tal vez, al menos podría haber un cartel pidiendo que la gente no hable a los gritos, cosa completamente innecesaria.

L'hôtel est correcte, cependant certains membres du personnel ne sont pas très agréables et devraient apprendre à sourire un minimum avec les clients. On dirait qu'ils sont obligés de répondre aux clients ce qui gâche un peu l'expérience générale au niveau de l'hôtel. Le check-in prend une éternité et on doit attendre dans une longue file pour avoir la fameuse clé de la chambre même si on a effectué le check-in en ligne demandé (pour soit disant justement faciliter le check-in sur place). Nous avons perdu du temps pour rien. Ce n'est pas le type d'hôtel où j'aurai un plaisir à revenir.
