Travelodge by Wyndham Fairfield/Napa Valley

Was good, liking it

The basics were covered as it was a right price close enough to Napa for
my event. The room was clean and equipped with A/C, small single cup coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. The only complaint is the room had a strange smell that might have been smoke even though the room was a non-smoking room. I am a low-maintenance customer but the smell would put many people off.

Usually quiet. Polite and friendly staff.

I don't have pets.

Pictures online are verry deceiving, nothing like the pictures online, we asked for a NON SMOKERS ROOM, they said all our rooms are NON SMOKERS, that's a lie

All of my family are now battling athletes foot after the stay. We are not prone to this and the younger kids has started complaining the morning after our first night.
The only similarities is that everyone at one paint was barefoot in the rooms.

Extremely spacious rooms and nice shower but very noisy from room upstairs. Room had been swept. but dirt left in a pile.Sheets were cut in places and one was stained.

Great
bare essentials as expected but just what we needed for the night.
Starbucks 2 mins away everything within 5 mins.

Nice average place to stay.

Definitely would not recommend staying here. I had to stay here for 2 nights for work nearby but I wish I had picked another place. The bed was uncomfortable, they don’t offer room cleaning on the weekends even after I requested it at the front desk and was told it was be done while I was out. I returned to my room and it was not addressed as promised. I asked for fresh towels and was told I had to bring the used towel to the front desk in order to exchange them for fresh ones. This has never happened before so that was really odd to me. Overall, the place gave me a terrible vibe and I would recommend you stay away.

I wasn’t able to cancel that’s why I wasn’t happy

Very well illuminated at night. Best part about it is that it’s not ghetto and its in a a good secluded area. By this I mean that you can safely park and sleep with ease. No homeless which is a great concern for the price. Also reception is attentive, rooms are clean, surrounding areas are clean and no bugs. Great and cozy for the price. I have stayed here 3 weekends and would recommend it.

Good value

The room was smaller than the bathroom.the bed was wedged between two walls. You had to climb up the bed from the bottom to get into it over the person that was in the bed. The room was meant for a disabled person that was absolutely useless as the bed was inaccessible by any one with a any disability. We asked for a different room and was told we had to have that one. Will not recomend Travelodge to any one because of the poor service that we had.

This place was extremely clean. My only advice would be to request a room towards the back. The hotel is right next to the freeway so you will hear a dull roar of traffic at night. Luckily I found some ear plugs in my bag that saved me. I requested the ADA room because I like big bathroom and a walk in shower. Unfortunately this resulted in a very small room with the tv on the side wall. I would suggest getting a bigger room and a top level. I heard the people above me getting up to use the bathroom all night long.

What I didn’t like was waking up in the morning with ants crawling on me and on the bed and on the wall next to the bed. They could’ve me transferred to a different hotel, but they didn’t care, the need to inspect the rooms for any kind of crawling insects,this is horrible just thinking about the night. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Strange, I'm sure I chose the Travelodge in Vallejo. The reservation ended up at Fairfield. Inconvenient. The room is not good - the lighting is so bright it feels like an interrogation room. The ceiling is barely 7' high. The grille on the AC is missing. Hanging space basic. No closet. Broken desk light. Vallejo got a better rating!

This hotel room was nothing like the picture. I chose Travelodge because it was 15 minutes away from the venue. It had no elevator. The floor outside of the room looked like many, many animals lived there. Inside of the room wasn't any better. The a/c cover was missing and that was filthy. The bathtub was full of ants. We had to move to another room. This room was just a little better. We only saw a few ants that night. The only good thing about travelodge was it was about 15 minutes from my event. I will NEVER stay at another travelodge.

Air conditioner works great

No room to move around in room. Air conditioner on the ground and doesn’t work well or reach up to cool room. You guys post pictures and it’s not what we paid for.
