Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Love the location. Love our suite with the terrace. Staff is great and professional.

Cons:

The common elevator could use a bit of deep cleaning. And the bathroom needs a bit of updating as well.

Pros:

Our trip to New York wouldn’t have felt complete without our stay at AKA Central Park. The location of the residence made so many spontaneous, last-minute plans wonderfully easy—whether it was stepping out for a walk, a meal, or an unexpected discovery in the city.

We stayed at the residence for a couple of weeks, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room sizes were unbelievably spacious by Manhattan standards, which made our extended stay truly comfortable. The property was always immaculately clean, and the on-site laundry facilities were a huge convenience during our two-week stay.

What truly made our experience special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was consistently welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. A heartfelt thank you to Sara, Hyacinth, Hommy, Miguel, Flavio, Hugo, Sheridan, Indian, Romel, and Carlos for making us feel so at home throughout our stay.

We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely look to stay at AKA properties again in other parts of the world. Outstanding accommodation in NYC
Pros:

From arrival to departure AKA was ideal for us. So near Central Park, 5th Avenue shopping, art galleries, Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Centre, theatres.
The accommodation couldn’t have been better - roomy, with excellent service from front desk as well, plus a cafe and gym.
I highly recommend AKA Central Park.

Το δωμάτιο είχε θόρυβο λόγω οικοδομής ακριβώς κάτω απο το παράθυρό μου. Χωρίς κάποια ηχομόνωση και απλά όταν πληρώνεις ένα μεγάλο ποσό χρημάτων την βραδιά περιμένεις λίγο περισσότερα πράγματα.

The best location serviced accommodation we’ve had in Manhattan.
Pros:

Very close to 5th Avenue, Central Park, The Lincoln Centre and Broadway. Great facilities - gym, cafe, and lounge. Very roomy apartment.
Excellent front desk staff- Giovanni particularly

Cons:

Very limited plates, and cooking utensils.
Need more shelf/cupboard space in bathrooms.

A wonderful stay in a great location, expecting holiday blues to kick in soon!
Pros:

The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly without being over the top and the bed has to be the most comfortable I have slept in abroad in a long time

Cons:

Heating and cooling does have a mind of its own, despite what you do with the panel controls!
