Great classic Gem few steps away from Central Park!
Pros:

This is a top notch place to stay right in the center of the greatest city in the world NYC… steps away from Central Park and Fifth Ave.
The receptionist staff, hotel staff and cleaning staff are an awesome team always very receptive to all our needs. We have been coming for few years now and we will definitely repeat! Fabulous experience.

Pros:

Finding a decent hotel in nyc is not that easy so when I cam across AKA Central Park I was so relieved. The spacious, carefully curated rooms is perfect for the hustle bustle of nyc. Eating out is expensive and not always a desire so having the luxury of an optional full kitchen is perfect.

I love the location because I can dial up or dial down on what and where I want to go and I have everything at my fingertips... central park, transportation, grocery store, shops, restaurants etc.

More importantly, best in class customer service from the time you step foot on this property, Doorsmen, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservation... they are all professional and so gracious. Thank you Giovanni, Falvio, Layla and everyone else for your stellar service.

We enjoyed it so much that we're coming back! Check this hotel out, you will not regret it.

Pros:

Liked everything about this property, location was excellent just a minutes walk to Central Park,the reception team was extremely friendly, quick to respond ,the air-conditioning was not working in our room very well but they quickly changed our room.Clean rooms ,very comfortable large bed!

A localização sem dúvidas eh ponto alto. Fica na rua ao lado do The Plaza. Apenas uma quadra do Central Park. Opções de metrô muito próximas.

Cama bem confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro achamos com pouca pressão. A temperatura da água às vezes variava, deixando banho não tão quente em alguns momento. Em linhas geral eh hotel que não tem muito serviço, ele tem característica de APART HOTEL. Limpeza eh feita apenas 1x na semana. Eu voltaria com certeza

A pleasant home away from home.
Pros:

A very decent, quiet room with a kitchenette which was needed. Very clean upon arrival but cleaning services only once per week. Despite this, if anything was needed during our stay like extra towels, the staff could not have been more helpful or timely. Extremely well located for most NYC highlights such as Central Park, theatre, shopping etc. the hotel also had a really nice, spacious and clean gym but the complementary laundry facilities were clutch with three LG washers and dryers. Would definitely recommend.

A home way from home! Excellent service!
Pros:

Staying at AKA Central made our NYC stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We love the staff, all very friendly and accommodating. From the moment you step until you check out, everyone is just very pleasant!

We got the one bedroom suite and the whole space and vibe just made us feel so at home. We love every bit of the experience.

Location is also superb! I highly recommend AKA Central!

Pros:

Some key people in the organization have left, and this is evident in the quality and customer service. There's no follow-up on requests, problems, and even at the hotel bar. They billed me for a higher amount than agreed upon. I asked for a correction, and they disappeared.
