soggiorno eccellente
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero rilassante in una struttura nuova, moderna e impeccabilmente pulita. Sono ormai diversi anni che scegliamo il Calabona e, ogni volta, si conferma all’altezza delle nostre aspettative.

La camera vista mare è semplicemente spettacolare e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

La piscina è uno dei veri punti di forza della struttura: il bistrot a bordo piscina permette di pranzare e cenare con un’ampia scelta di piatti caldi preparati al momento, tutti di ottima qualità. Anche la colazione internazionale merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti eccellenti.

Super apprezzata anche la navetta gratuita da e per il centro, un servizio davvero comodo.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra gatta e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’attenzione riservata anche agli ospiti che viaggiano con i propri pet. Abbiamo potuto concordare la pulizia quotidiana della camera, così da portare fuori la nostra gatta durante il riassetto: un’attenzione che ha fatto davvero la differenza.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Avevamo alcune richieste particolari e hanno fatto di tutto per venirci incontro, facendoci sentire coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Graditissima anche la sorpresa per il mio compleanno: un biglietto di auguri personalizzato e un piccolo regalo consegnati di persona in camera, un gesto semplice ma davvero significativo.

Comodo anche il parcheggio, ombreggiato e, proprio per questo, giustamente a pagamento.

È stato un soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo!

Excellent hotel for relaxing by pool during day and exploring old town at night
Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Lovely big pool, lots of sun loungers. Staff very informative and welcoming at checkout. Hotel runs a shuttle bus during afternoon and evenings into old town which was ideal. Can order food/drink straight to your sun lounger from bar, reasonable prices.

Cons:

It’s a bit pricey but I think worth it :) access to small private beach - but it’s very stoney and lots of driftwood in water.

Nagyon szép volt a kilátás, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, egy kicsit korábban el tudtuk foglalni a szállást. Jó volt, hogy volt a hotelnek saját transzfer busza ami bevitt a városba. A Cala Bistrot-ban nagyon finom ételeket ettünk a nyaralás során.

Cons:

Sajnos a reggeli néhány nap után elég unalmassá vált, eselteg lehetett volna kolbász és tükörtojás, valamint jó lett volna, ha esetleg délelőtt is ment volna egy órát a transzfer busz, valamint ha délután már 6-kor indult volna, akkor nem kellett volna besétálni a lefoglalt hajókirándulásra a kikötőbe. A hotelhez tartozó strand viszont nem volt tiszta, így nem is fürödtünk itt.

A Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, with beautiful sea views and close proximity to the city center.

Cons:

The room we originally booked turned out to be a bit small, but the staff were very helpful and accommodating in assisting us with an upgrade.

There was only one small disappointment. We were initially given a room on the third floor, which has a wonderful view, but it was not suitable for our needs. The staff then offered to show us a family room on the third floor, which we were very happy about. However, on the way there, the young lady suddenly stopped and explained that the room was already booked, as was the one on the second floor, and that only a family room on the first floor was available.

Of course, we chose the first-floor option because it provided the space we needed and was much more comfortable for our family. What was a little disappointing, however, was that the family room on the third floor remained unoccupied throughout the entire week. No one stayed there during our visit, which we found somewhat unfortunate.

Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Nuestra habitación no tenia buena luz. Ni ventilación
Con solo una puerta ventana pequeña y el balcón reducido por una pared de madera para separarlo de otra área
Solicite cambio ya qué no se correspondía con la foto de lo que habiamos contratado, nos respondieron que
no habia otras del mismo nivel disponibles para nuestra estadía
Nos ofrecieron una superior, mucho mejor pero con la diferencia de costo a nuestro cargo

Da tornarci e consigliatissimo per una settimana di relax
Pros:

Pur fermandoci soltanto due giorni ed una notte, di questo hotel abbiamo potuto apprezzare la tranquillità e la cordialità dello staff. I letti super comodi, le stanze pulite e gli outlet F&B che superano le aspettative. La piscina è da starci tutto il giorno per il relax che offre. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il servizio offerto da Angelo al Bistrot Calabona. Se potremo, ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Cons:

Soltanto la spiaggia dall'Hotel non era come ci aspettavamo, essendo ad Alghero pensavamo ad una spiaggia bassa e sabbiosa. Privata, ma piccola e rocciosa quindi abbiamo preferito restare in piscina.
