Hilton Kuala Lumpur

We had not been back to Hilton Kuala Lumpur in months. Today we came back. We were greeted by Omar at the front desk. He remembered us and knew exactly what we liked. As it was a long weekend in Kuala Lumpur, the front desk check-in process moved without a hitch even though the check in counter was partially closed for some upgrading work.

And the executive lounge is never a disappointment. Even with the haze we managed to catch the sun showing off it's setting blaze. Halilah and Rizal..the awesome folks there just made our evening complete.

This is one of the reasons this hotel gets all the awards.. it the people like Omar ,Halilah and Rizal that make a REAL DIFFERENCE.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, breakfast was very hearty. Indian chef Taniesh made a very special breakfast for us to order. Easy access from the airport via train.

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur and would thoroughly recommend the hotel, particularly for anyone travelling for business.

What really stood out was the level of service and hospitality from the team. A special thank you to Patwin Singh, the Operations Manager, as well as Sharon, Nadia and Azad, who were incredibly helpful, supportive and attentive throughout my stay.

They genuinely went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable, and somehow managed to make the hotel feel almost like home despite me being in Kuala Lumpur for strict business.

Great location, great hotel, but most importantly a fantastic team. I’ll definitely be staying again on future trips to KL.

Kuala Lumpur has many excellent hotels, and Hilton is not necessarily my first choice everywhere I travel. Yet whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Kuala Lumpur is the hotel I keep returning to — largely because of its exceptional Executive Lounge team.

From the moment I arrive, I feel genuinely welcomed. The staff remember me, greet me warmly and provide the kind of personal and attentive service that is increasingly rare, even in five-star hotels.

A very special thank you to Halilah and her wonderful team, Kaliamah and Rizal. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine friendliness make every stay memorable. Nothing ever feels forced or scripted — they simply have a wonderful way of making you feel welcome and well looked after.

The Executive Lounge itself is a great place to relax, particularly during the evening cocktails, but what really sets it apart is the service. From a warm welcome and smooth check-in to assistance throughout the stay and an effortless check-out, the team makes everything feel easy and personal.

I travel frequently and stay in many hotels, so for a hotel to become a place I return to again and again means something. In Kuala Lumpur, this Hilton has become that place for me.

Thank you, Halilah, Kaliamah and Rizal, for making every visit so enjoyable. I always look forward to coming back — it feels less like returning to a hotel and more like returning home.

I always enjoy the authentic Japanese food and attentive services from the team at Iketeru. It is my favorite spot to dine in Hilton KL. I had a delicious grilled Chilean sea bass with miso. It is a classic dish and the sea bass is fresh and tasty. I have to say thank you to the good services from Anie, Vani and Joe. The same old faces whenever I walk into Iketeru. The service team always ready to take good care of you and recommend the good dishes and ensure you have an enjoyable meal. 👍👍👍

Dear Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Yet again, I had another dreamy stay during 21st July-22nd July. Checked-in with amazing front desk service, and received a celebratory surprise when I went to the room! To which I didn’t even realised that it was my tenth stay at Hilton KL. (Thank you to house keeping for the little surprise and I personally appreciate the little flower arrangement on the side table, really makes a difference of coziness!)

My warm regards to the Executive Lounge Manager (which I always forgetting her name, forgive me), greeted me with the warmest smile in the highest standards! Always made me feel welcomed there.

Breakfast, as usual was an indulgence (Vasco, lobby), I personally enjoyed the wines and bubbles at the exec lounge.

Overall, I felt appreciated and acknowledged as a Diamond member, even for a night of stay, the attention to details really made it worth.

Great location. it was easy to get from KLIA airport to Hilton KL.
Nice clean room with great deco and amenities.
Getting to town (TRX, Pavilion, etc) for shopping was pleasant and easy too.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with access to the Executive Lounge.

Firstly I want to thank the Executive Lounge staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Staff greet you like family - such a beautiful warm welcome. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Special mentions go to Halilah and Rizal - thank you for all the hard work you do and for making it all look so effortless. Always with a smile and always with a kind word.

Nana, who is always busy knows all the guests so well. Always ready to offer the usual pot of tea and always done with great kindness and a warm smile.

I should also mention Kalimah and Sarah - always welcoming and very attentive.

The room was big and staff were friendly

High level of comfort, hygiene and staff availability. Interesting selection of restaurants within the premise and a gorgeous breakfast with a wide offering. Nice swimming pool and very comfortable rooms.
