Pros:

酒店位置非常不错，就在吉隆坡中央车站，无论从机场过来，还是坐火车离开都很方便。房间很宽敞，我们一行三人还帮忙加了床，服务到位。床睡的很舒服，也不吵，适合睡眠不好的人。早餐丰富，人虽然很多，但就餐秩序还不错。

没有什么不满意的，可能就是感觉淋浴水不太热。

Enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Room was a good size, and exceptionally clean, super comfy bed, powerful shower. I actually didn't leave the hotel so I cannot comment on the location. Breakfast had a huge choice, very organized and loads of choices. The best part for myself was the fantastic pool area with staff to match.

Cons:

The hotel lobby bar was the only place to have a drink, staff were excellent but very quiet atmosphere. I would have preferred more entertainment or livelier music. Excellent place to chill.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Always a very good choice in KL !
Pros:

Location on the central ( Sentral) traffic hub is just great. Rooms are well appointed and - they have wooden flooring, which is warm and pleasant.

Genuine 5-star hotel with 6-star service
Pros:

Just enjoyed 4 days in KL staying at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
Convenience:
Started after arrival at the international airport from Australia. Had pre-booked tickets on the express train into KL Sentral (just 28 minutes compared to 1.5-4 hours (depending on road traffic) in a car or shuttle. On arrival at KL Central just a 100m walk to the Hilton check-in desk, and we were in our room just 5 minutes later. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. We used Grabs to get around, as we are aged in our 70s, and never paid more than AUD 3 for a trip.
Above and beyond service:
My wife suffers from a severe Mon Sodium Glutamate (MSG) allergy and after making this known to the chefs, every staff member seemed to be aware of the situation. At breakfast the Head Chef was always on hand and happy to advise on which dishes were safe for my wife to eat. In the Executive Lounge the chefs went a step further and prepared a special different dish each evening, so my wife didn't have to take any chances with the lounge mini buffet. Outstanding!
Room:
We stayed in a Junior Suite (with executive lounge access) and despite the downside of not having a door to separate the bedroom and the living area, the room was fine.
Breakfast buffet:
We had the choice of eating breakfast in the lounge or the main restaurant but after seeing the remarkable spread in the restaurant, there was no choice to be made. No less than 4 cooking stations covering everything from traditional breakfasts (eggs, omelets, eggs benedict etc) to Malaysian, Indian and Vegetarian. I also counted 8 different fresh fruits in their offering. Until now the breakfast at the Conrad Hotel in Taipei was number one in our experience, but the Hilton buffet was as good, if not better.
Executive Lounge:
We have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and invariably stay in hotels with club lounges, which provide amazing value for money, but the Hilton KL lounge surpassed them all. Excellent variety of hot and cold dishes, and a different menu every night. There is also a live cooking station, (never seen one before in a club lounge) where a chef prepares a different dish every evening. The wine was also up to scratch, which was a pleasant surprise considering some of the mediocre offerings at other hotels. A big shout out to the wonderful, friendly, always smiling lounge staff including Nadiah, Kaliamah, Rizal, Halilah, Rafa, Aqif, Firly and Rian (hope I got the spelling right). Yes, there are that many staff on hand to look after your every need (most of them, anyway).
Overall:
Hilton KL is the only place to stay in KL - a 5-star hotel with 6-star service.

Ageless and superb service
Pros:

We have stayed at this Hilton countless times. Highly recommended for its beautiful modern rooms which has stood the test of time. If you are fortunate to have an executive lounge experience, look out for Halilah and her fellow staff Rizal and Kaliamah. They make guests feel warm and welcome. The rooms are spacious and has all required amenities. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.
