Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

the staff are friendly and helpful. They even give me a free upgrade for my anniversary celebration.

Cons:

The queue for morning breakfast is very long
The air conditioner is quite hot even though I already adjust it to 20 degree
The swimming pool is share with le meridian. When I went to nearby place to collect towel, the staff asked me to go to another end for hilton hotel customer towel
I bought the decoration package in advance. I even double confirm about the deco during check in at the counter. However when I went up to the room, no decoration. They did it after I went out hence lack of surprise element for my partner

良くも悪くもなかったけど、期待していた分ちょっとがっかり
Pros:

朝食が種類がたくさんあって、美味しかったのが良かった。

Cons:

Booking.com側が悪いのかホテル側が悪いのかわからないが、予約がされていないと言われた。その場で部屋を取ったため、予定より高い金額で宿泊することになったのが残念だった。
また、部屋に置いてあったピアスを清掃時に捨てられてしまったのも残念だった。ホテル側はゴミを回収した以外は何も触っていないと言っていたのに、ゴミの中を確認して欲しいと伝えると、その中から見つかった。
しっかり探してくれたのには感謝するが、悲しかった。

Excellent stay in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

The staff was incredible. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were super clean and impeccably maintained. The breakfast buffet had a remarkable variety of foods with several ethnic sections. Would definitely come back.
