Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

Very well situated right near the station from the airport, completely covered walkway straight from the station to the hotel.
Room was very spacious with a great view over the botanic gardens and comfortable room.

Cons:

The room was a little bit pricey for what you get and the restaurants on site were very expensive.

Wonderful and will stay again when in KL.
Pros:

The location at KL Sentral was perfect, so easy to get to and from the airport and also very easy to get around KL.
Every staff member we encountered were all so lovely and welcoming.
The rooms were big, airy, spotless and well appointed.
The pool area was great.
The food was all very good.

Cons:

The toilet facilities by the pool were being renovated I believe and it was a maze through the gym and spa to find alternative ones.

Our stay from 21st June to 23rd June at Hilton Kuala Lumpur was made incredibly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the team, especially during breakfast and at the Executive Lounge.

Exemplary Care at Breakfast
• Assistant Chef Mr. Thinesh (Indian Cuisine): On our first morning, we asked about the daily menu rotation and mentioned that Pongal and Puri are our favorites. Even though they were not on the schedule for the following days, Mr. Thinesh promised to make them for us. He kept his word and served these delicious dishes today, showcasing rare and heartwarming hospitality.Ferra (Trainee): For two consecutive days, she showed genuine care by visiting our table to check on our meals and drinks. She actively sought feedback for improvements. Despite being a trainee, her professional and proactive attitude was highly impressive.Outstanding Executive Lounge Team (Evening of 21st June)
The entire lounge staff was professional, friendly, and approachable. A special shout-out to the gentleman in charge of the evening aperitifs on 21st June (whose name we unfortunately missed). My wife is vegetarian, and options were limited that evening. He proactively noticed this, offered to cook special vegetarian dishes for her, and served them freshly made.

This level of personalized care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We truly felt at home and look forward to staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur again!

Cons:

Shower heater control broke. Had to call housekeeping and thankfully, they addressed it. But my partner had to shower in the cold on the first night.
