Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Grand executive suite was my stay at Hilton KL. Check in poor communication , no instructions given on WIFI connection.

Suppose to have executive lounge access, have to go back down to reception to activate key card access.

Executive lounge a mess and over crowded.

This is no way Hilton hospitality at all.

I just spent a month travelling around Singapore, Malaysia and Penang. Stayed in around 8 different Hilton's all of which were excellent. However, the Executive Lounge in Kuala Lumpur, where I spent a lot of time was exemplary. The staff were so efficient and friendly I will name them - Kaliamah, Rizal,Aqif and Rian - thank you for making me so welcome

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and incredibly well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered amazing views of the city, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge. The food and drinks menu was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality options throughout the day. From the well-curated breakfast selection to the evening cocktails and western and Asian offerings, everything was delicious and thoughtfully presented. It was the perfect place to unwind in a comfortable and refined setting.

What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. A special thank you to Nadiah (Nana), Kaliamah, Edin, Firly, and Rian for their warm hospitality and genuine care. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

The facilities were also top-notch—from the beautiful pool area to the well-equipped gym and the fantastic dining options.

As a regular Hilton stayer, Hilton Kuala Lumpur met all high expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning again soon!

The staff at the executive lounge was friendly and helpful. Tks to Nana and Patin for making my day start great.

It was a great stay and we had a warm welcome from Mr. Khairul at the check in. We arrived late and he shared a great choice at the Chinese restaurant with us for the late supper. During the stay we have received very cute notes from Tanvir at housekeeping, which made a stay extra nice. Will definitely going back to Hilton KL for the service, location and food.

I spent a total of 80 days at the hotel on the 33rd Floor in the Exec Lounge The staff were amazing and caring led by Halilah and Rizal quite fantastic 100% genuine I enjoyed every day .. I commend this team absolutely

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The room was excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The 24-hour WhatsApp support was incredibly efficient, with prompt and helpful responses to every query. Special thanks to Sherry, Ida, Clift, and Shaz for their attentiveness and responsiveness throughout my stay.
I would also like to highlight Omar Sharif at the front desk, who was especially friendly and made the check-out process smooth and pleasant.

Additionally, the team at Vasco’s restaurant during breakfast were very accommodating and contributed to a great dining experience.

Really enjoyed the gym!! It was actually my first time using a hotel gym, and it turned out to be a great experience.

Overall, the staff were warm, professional, and consistently helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location - ideal. Convenient due to KL sentral

Halilah Halim, Guest Services Manager at the Executive Floor Desk, and her team at the lounge were professional, attentive, accommodating and simply the best! The team truly knows what service excellence is and that is why Hilton KL Sentral is my go to hotel each time I’m in KL.

The service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety of options and great taste. Overall, both the service and the food exceeded expectations and made the experience even more enjoyable.

120/100 customer services, especially the executive lounge team 😆

What more can I say about them? Their hospitality is truly amazing, and their kindness extends to every guest who walks into the Executive Lounge. A heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for their genuine efforts especially Nadiah (Nana), Kaliamah, Aqif, Edin, Rian, Rafa, Firly, and of course their wonderful lead, Miss Halilah. Great location from KLIA train. No need to worry about traffic. The train runs every 10 mins and the ride only 28 mins from or to KLIA.

Great and helpful staff. Clean room and facilities. Very comfortable bed.
