Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Happy
Pros:

I recently stayed at Hilton Kuala Lumpur for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a small issue on arrival, but the staff handled it very quickly by moving us to a new room and even upgrading our stay.

The service throughout was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience, and our kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

from arrivial to departure the staff, service and facility's were excellent
Pros:

Break fast in the lobby area was exceptional, a true world wide cultral experience. We paid extra to have a executive room which came with access to the lounge, with its beautiful views and excellent service you expect from a 5 star hotel.

身為五星級飯店，行政酒廊的食物、酒精飲品還有早餐，都是非常有限且無聊的選擇，也感受不到食物的美味度，飯店人員不論是check in 時或是其他時候，大家感覺也都心情不太好，除了少數幾位在酒廊工作的員工會有些笑容與互動，大部分人都感覺疲累且不耐，跟我待過的其他相等價位的五星級飯店體驗很不一樣，滿失望的

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very nice and spacious, giving us plenty of comfort and room to relax. The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. Most importantly, my 1-year-old son really enjoyed the experience, he was comfortable and even slept soundly through the night. Overall, a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

Cons:

While the room and overall experience had its positives, one downside was the frequent sound of police sirens. It happened almost every day and could be quite disruptive, especially when trying to rest or relax. It may be something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise or looking for a quieter stay.

Hilton and Booking.com work together to scam people

- still have to pay for carpark
- they cheated me by charging me higher price than on Booking.com. maybe they and Booking.com have agreement to cheat people. this would be my last time using booking.com and staying here. I emailed Booking.com and they completely ignored me. If it happened to me, it can happen to you
