If the room would have gotten cleaned or the bathroom door would have been able to close it would have been perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location and indoor pool and the room was very clean the first night

Cons:

House keeping never came even though we did NOT have the do not disturb sign hanging that was disappointing. And the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed it would roll back open so there was zero privacy

Pros:

Angie was fantastic! Working long shifts or multiple shifts and still the same happy interactive guest service agent. Highly recommend due to Angie's positive interactions with every guest we saw her with. She is a great connection builder! Housekeepers and other staff friendly as well, but Angie was beyond expectations and created memories for everyone she interacted with.

Cons:

Soap in the bathroom, kids can not reach to wash their hands, without having to climb on something.

Comfortable, Clean, and Courteous
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile every time we can through the door. The bed was so comfortable ai forget I wasn’t at home. The room was spacious and clean. Everything I look for when traveling. We will stay here again.

Best Hotel in Van Buren
Pros:

We come to Van Buren often to visit family. We have stayed here many times. The hotel is always very clean, beds and pillows are super comfy, location is safe and centrally located, and the staff are great. I highly recommend this hotel!!
