Loved it!
Pros:

Location, breakfast was excellent, liked having laundry on site, price was great

Cons:

The only negative is the lighting in the room, which isn't a make it or break it.

The large suite room with 3 sofas and 2 beds was NOT worth the booking price. We stayed in the regular queen suite rooms days prior and it was way better. The larger room had more space which was nice but the beds were uncomfortable, the room and carpet dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes and sweat. And ceiling boards were barely intact.

The pool is wonderful

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel at least 10+ times over the years, but unfortunately, this was by far our worst experience to date.

We stayed in Building 2, and if you need additional towels, you have to walk over to Building 1 to get them yourself. This was very inconvenient and not the level of service we’ve experienced during our previous stays.

The TV in our room also would not turn up to an acceptable volume, making it difficult to hear.

There was also an awful smell throughout the hallway for the first couple of days of our stay. We eventually complained about it, along with another family, and only then did anything appear to be done about it. It was concerning that there didn’t seem to be any plan to address the issue before multiple guests complained.

Lastly, although breakfast is advertised as being available until 10:00 AM, the food was being thrown out at 9:30 AM. If breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:00, guests should be able to enjoy it until that time.

We have always chosen this hotel because of our many positive experiences in the past, which is why this stay was particularly disappointing. Hopefully these issues can be addressed because we would like to feel confident returning in the future.

Always great staff and location

Cons:

The beds are very hard and I'm paying for it with my back. I stay there yearly and feel I might have to find a new spot due to my back hurting after each stay. Other than that the stay is always great. I just feel better beds would go a long ways over time.

Don’t waste your money & time !!

It was close to the attractions on the strip.

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean. The carpet inside the room was dirty …outside the door in the hallway had a bad odor.. housekeeping never came to the room and changed the linen or empty the trash. The breakfast was terrible.. The elevator was filthy!!
