Location was good, price was good, a/c worked well .
A bit musty/smelly needs a good refresh. Water takes a couple of minutes to get hot for the shower. Breakfast was abysmal, nasty dried out scrambled eggs and awful sausage. No milk for the cereal, no butter for toast.
Mr. Paul was so helpful and is very well at his job. My room wasn't the best for being clean. I had to ask to get the carpet swept; The bathroom was horrible. The toilet had NOT been cleaned in I don't know how many days, the sink was dirty (had hair in it), the tub had not been cleaned. I have a cleaning company and I use to clean hotels/motels; and if ANY of my rooms looked like this one did after it was supposedly have been clean I would find out who cleaned it and had them tear it completely down and redo it. Thank goodness you have Paul there he was the only reason why I styed
Trained better cleaning staff
Nicer accomodations than other hotel in the area
Better breakfast options
They called me the day of my stay and said they did not have any rooms available and have not refunded me yet
They called me the day of my stay and told me that they did not have any rooms available. And have not refunded me yet
Clean, comfortable beds. Close to the highway, so easy to get on and off the highway. Efficient check in.
Room wasn’t clean - debris on the floor, showing even a basic vacuuming wasn’t done. Staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere but helping or doing their jobs. Breakfast was seriously lacking, including spoiled waffle mix, no hot water for tea, and general lack of condiments.
Excellent location to the highway. Staff were very accommodating to handicapped visitors and very friendly even when the whole town experienced a 4 hr power outage.
I have no complaints at all
Good Staff, clean rooms, look to have been renovated recently. Location was good.
Elevator was down.
We enjoyed the pool. I liked that the hot tub was right alongside the pool. I'm usually prefer the hot tub, so this was nice because I could be in the hot tub, but still be right alongside as my kids played in the big pool with my husband. The drive through the mountain corridor (I-70) is really beautiful and it's convenient to have this hotel right along the route.
Breakfast options were limited but I appreciated the attendant who stopped in to let us know that he was bringing more of the hot dishes (eggs and sausages) and he also refilled the coffee, which was helpful. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. Because of the mountain area, a restaurant that said it was 15 miles away would have taken us over 45 minutes to reach it, so we just ate at McDonalds, very close to the hotel.
It had a pool and hot tub which was nice but pool definitely needed to be cleaned out.
The pool was not very clean they didn’t have half the breakfast items included and no one at the front desk until almost 8am
