The buffet was very overpriced and as a guest there should have been a discount. The dinner that we ordered from Trotters was cold… won’t ever eat there again.
I’ll stay at places that offer breakfast with the reservation..
The overpriced buffet and no discount unless booked thru the website. I used Booking.com and I feel I should have still got a breakfast voucher … as I was still a guest at your hotel.
Location and good parking space
I was surprised to see that the mattress had mold and was covered with a bed topper. The place also stinks. Their breakfast sold for $26 per person and was so tasteless. Although the server was great.
very large rooms. very comfortable bed. nice people. I like the pool area.
um...it's very 1990's in decor and services. for $350 per night, I would expect the hotel to get more with the times and have coffee available in the lobby and a nice breakfast, rather than a restaurant where you can buy breakfast. some may be ok with that, but it is not my bag.
The staff was very welcoming, professional, and friendly.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink (Room 147) was very low. The pressure in the shower and tub was fine.
We booked this hotel due to have stayed here multiple times with a pleasant experience and solely for use of the outdoor pool. Facilities are clean, beds were comfortable, parking wasn’t an issue.
I had called twice before booking to verify the pool was open and ready for use. However on arrival the pool was filthy, clearly closed and hadn’t been open yet for the season. Hotel receptionist apologized and was unsure why it wasn’t open yet. Would NOT have booked if I had known prior of this!!!!
The comfort of the room
The breakfast
The location is on a very busy street, located near food just off the highway.
Smelled horrible - like I worked in a tobacco plant .
Our experience here was great! We were in last minute need of a hotel and the staff were so friendly and happy to get us a room. The room was very clean and spacious. They had everything you would need. Highly recommend!
Everything met my expectations. The waitress in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. She gave us great service, even though she was very busy.
Receptionist was not very helpful. I had an issue with my reservation (not the hotel's fault) but receptionist did not seem too interest in helping change my room type. I was having trouble finding my room, the receptionist only pointed to the direction but did not help making sure I got to my room. Her attitude seemed to be nonchalant.
The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean. It was easy to get to where we had to go so location good.
The beds were okay. The blinds didn’t stretch enough so our room was too light due to the bright lights outside. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant and were disappointed. The food was wasn’t very tasty, very bland.
Clean elegant rooms and property with southern charm. Great service and amenities. Would be 5 stars except a combination of small things like shower pressure is low, crepe and omelet rations open late without notice, and is a bit inconvenient (though safe for sure) location.
Excellent quality!
This place is perfect
Van was the best at check in very pleasant and sweet checked us in early . What a nice welcome we got .
We stayed here due to this hotel winning Trip Advisors 2025 award. We’re not quite sure why it won. The stay was okay, but not great. The staff were pleasant, the room quiet. Although they were strict about nonsmoking and such, the hotel is older and I could tell it must of allowed smoking at one point in the past. I do have a very sensitive nose, so if you’re not sensitive, you probably wouldn’t notice anything.
It was mostly clean, and the bed was good. However the pillows, as another reviewer mentioned, were very lumpy. Like crazily so. I’m used to the typical hotel pillows, but these were not that.
Parking was free, but no free breakfast.
