Perfect Spot for a Business Meeting
Pros:

I had an exceptional experience with the hotel staff, and their support truly made our event a success. From the moment we arrived, everyone was responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful.

A special thank you to Allison, who went above and beyond when we had to pivot from a badge pick‑up event to the Vendor of the Year event. She immediately helped with the room setup, handled the changes seamlessly, and approached everything with a true can‑do attitude. Because of her flexibility and calm professionalism, everything came together flawlessly.

I’d also like to recognize Skye for her outstanding support during the event itself. She ensured everything ran smoothly, and the food was hot, delicious, and beautifully presented, our attendees couldn’t stop commenting on how great it was.

Another well‑deserved shout‑out goes to Edgar, who quickly helped me print several certificates I was missing. His willingness to jump in and help at a critical moment made all the difference.

Perfect for our trip to the Yum Center
Pros:

This was perfect! Yum center was next door. We could look out the window and the Yum Center was across the street. This was perfect for our trip to the game. The hotel was clean and nice. The employees were very nice but the parking was kind of weird plus it was an extra $25, its not attached to the hotel. You have to take the elevator back downstairs and go back through the hotel but other then that it was a nice stay.

Pros:

The rooms were nice

Cons:

No breakfast included, no microwave in room, we had a hard time using the key card to get out of the garage, had issues with my booking, and I didn't like the area.
