Not comfortable bad Not good
Service
Beautiful property and decent food
Parking so expensive
This was perfect! Yum center was next door. We could look out the window and the Yum Center was across the street. This was perfect for our trip to the game. The hotel was clean and nice. The employees were very nice but the parking was kind of weird plus it was an extra $25, its not attached to the hotel. You have to take the elevator back downstairs and go back through the hotel but other then that it was a nice stay.
Location great. Hotel
Restaurants was great
Also
Great location, lovely staff
room was good and easy access to convention center.
very thin walls could hear thd peple next to us every night late and was hard fir my daughter to sleep
The rooms were nice
No breakfast included, no microwave in room, we had a hard time using the key card to get out of the garage, had issues with my booking, and I didn't like the area.
The hotel was very nice. Location pretty nice as well for the down town bars.
The location was great. However the staff not so much. I feel like I got taken advantage of and stole from. Felt like some staff/ so called management could have done a way better job in my opinion. Very upsetting visit.
I would like to start this review by saying that the actual working level staff at this facility was great (Front Desk, Valet, Room, Etc). However, they rest of the team needs to be REPLALCED. The Front Desk Assist Manger, Front Desk Manager and Site Manager all need to go! I will make this as short as possible – I made a reservation for an upgraded room. When I went to check in and there were none available. As such, I got a standard King Room. No Problem, but I asked for a refund for the difference from the more expensive room, to the standard room. The Front Desk Team agreed that I should have a refund, but could not do it. The refund should have been about 240$ and I would have to talk with the Day Manager the next morning. So after coffee, I went down and talked to the day manager. He informed that I did pay for an upgraded Corner King Suite, and even though it was a confirmed room, I would not get a refund because I was still in a King Suite. We went through the online Bonvoy process to book the room to ensure what I was requesting was correct – and it was according to him, the day manager, it was, but they would not give me refund. So I called Bonvoy and let them know of the complaint. The called the Site Manager who in turn called me and let me know that they would be lowering the rate of the room to the standard King Suite, and while not a refund, I would be billed correctly. I was happy about that. Even though I had to spend a couple of hours trying to sort it out. Anyways, I checked out the next morning. Do you think the bill had been changed? – Nope – So I lost 240$. Everyone agreed I was correct except for one manager, and his boss said I was correct. So Marriot Downtown Louisville basically stole 240$ from me. I would not trust them with a pile of dog poo after that. Avoid this place!
Available food choices and bar. Good location.
Friendly, clean, and love that Starbucks is inside with mobile ordering
The hotel was within walking distance for us to have dinner and drinks. We were in town for a conference.
