The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for me; I was within walking distance from the KICC. The restaurant was amazing; very good breakfast and dinner selections. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Amazing views from the 16th floor!
The valet service could have done a better job with their attention to customer service. The overnight valet service is a bit pricey; the service I think needs to reflect the price.
Large bright room. Comfy mattress and smooth sheets. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Three sets of plush towels. Housekeeping top notch. Room and common areas spotlessly clean. We requested a blanket which was promptly provided and of high quality. Location was perfect for us with many shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance.
Quite expensive for what you get. Lobby and lounge appears cold and uninviting. Great selection of spirits but not really a comfortable place to enjoy. Only plastic cups in the room. WiFi is extra $10 a day for basic and $15 for premium what ever that means. Parking is an outrageous $40 per day. Restaurant with mediocre expensive food.
Hi, I drove from Cincinnati to Louisville to see Matt rife. I have always stayed with Marriott’s because of my dad’s travel, always felt safe. Well no longer. I was kicked out of the hotel because I sent my drink back. Apparently by doing so, I made “staff uncomfortable”. I ended up calling the police because the hotel staff tried to fight me and my 65 year old father in law. Will not be back. Unless you are holding “no kings” signs, don’t go. You aren’t welcome.

I had an exceptional experience with the hotel staff, and their support truly made our event a success. From the moment we arrived, everyone was responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful.
A special thank you to Allison, who went above and beyond when we had to pivot from a badge pick‑up event to the Vendor of the Year event. She immediately helped with the room setup, handled the changes seamlessly, and approached everything with a true can‑do attitude. Because of her flexibility and calm professionalism, everything came together flawlessly.
I’d also like to recognize Skye for her outstanding support during the event itself. She ensured everything ran smoothly, and the food was hot, delicious, and beautifully presented, our attendees couldn’t stop commenting on how great it was.
Another well‑deserved shout‑out goes to Edgar, who quickly helped me print several certificates I was missing. His willingness to jump in and help at a critical moment made all the difference.
Thanks to Allison, Skye, and Edgar, our meeting was completely seamless and let’s be honest, they made me look good. Their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made every question feel welcome and every request manageable. Thank you all so much for your outstanding support!

Parking so expensive
This was perfect! Yum center was next door. We could look out the window and the Yum Center was across the street. This was perfect for our trip to the game. The hotel was clean and nice. The employees were very nice but the parking was kind of weird plus it was an extra $25, its not attached to the hotel. You have to take the elevator back downstairs and go back through the hotel but other then that it was a nice stay.
