Will never stay here again.
Pros:

Lobby was updated.

Cons:

The room itself had been to war and back. The bathroom, in particular, was not well-maintained. The exhaust fan was inoperable and clearly had been for quite some time, since the lighting fixtures were so rusted that the metal finish was obliterated. The door frame and exhaust vent were also rusty. Also, the wallpaper had significant peeling. The tub spigot had become detached and instead of repairing it correctly, someone attempted to fix it by using bondo to bridge the 1-2" gap between the spigot and the shower wall. Walls and doors in the room were scuffed and cosmetically not in great shape. When reported to the front desk, were were not offered another room nor any kind of credit.

The stay was acceptable and satisfactory but misleading in some aspects.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Dove products in bathroom.

Cons:

Older hotel that was masked by some mixer updates. The appearance of the rooms, hallways, and elevator needed some maintenance. The front of the hotel was very different in appearance compared to the rest. Breakfast was good but expensive for the quality.

Clean facilities, but wouldn’t stay in a room above the kitchen again.
Pros:

Cons:

We were above the kitchen and our room smelled like food the entire stay. Prep must have started around 4am because I could smell breakfast cooking.

Lovely up to date hotel with sad pool area
Pros:

Room was great, clean, spacious up to date. Rest of building the same. The pool however was not great. Smelled like mold/mildew- not typical chlorinated pool area. This is the area that's been neglected in the building. You can see the build up around the room. The pool furniture was also peeling and damaged. If you are looking for a stay with an amazing pool this won't be it.

Top notch stay and food
Pros:

Best stay ever! Walking into the hotel to find a dining area and a bar was such a welcome treat after driving all day. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfy. We will definitely add this to our list of preferred hotels.

Another great stop at this location, after 700+ long drive, about 11 hours.
Pros:

I was enjoying all the comforts of home at this location and everyone I met with all went the extra mile. I was greeted by Ryan at the front desk, and I would have thought he was part of my family. He helped me get into a great room and the start of a great visit here. I am a member of their loyalty program and was greeted as a Platinum member and was given a FREE breakfast ticket by Ryan. This person, Ryan, fit the perfect employee as close as you can get. I booked my room from the road as I was not sure how far I would drive and over 700+ miles, it was worth it. I had met the manager, Kenny, and he did a great job hiring Ryan as front line of services.
I had dinner at their in-house restaurant and my meal hit the spot, as the chef made my meal like I make my meals. They grilled onions with jalapeno peppers under the pepper-jack cheese, and the pub chips were outstanding. These are made in house and just I best fires/chips I have had in some time, the right amount of sea salt, light.
My sleep here was top notch too, as I was on the top floor, and nobody disrupted my sleep.
It was a long drive to get to this location, but well worth the drive, I will be back. I make this drive several times each year to our Florida home and I will be staying here again.

Poor experience
Pros:

Jacuzzi tub water would not warm, room was very worn out, see pics for reference. Front desk could not offer a room w working tub, shower water was not at least but no water pressure. The bed was comfortable and front desk staff was nice. Would not recommend

Pros:

Staff is wonderful but this place is run down. Pull out couch was broken. Dust all over everything. It was nasty. This place used to be amazing and super high end. Not worth the price.
