La camera era ampia, ben arredata e dotata di ottimi comfort, come la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna privata, che hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la cortesia e la professionalità del personale della reception, che ha gestito con disponibilità la segnalazione relativa al problema dell’acqua, fornendoci una spiegazione in modo tempestivo. Nel complesso la struttura ha un buon potenziale e, con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione, potrebbe offrire un’esperienza pienamente all’altezza della categoria.
Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità che, considerata la categoria della struttura e il fatto di aver scelto una delle camere più costose, dotata di vasca idromassaggio e sauna privata, non ci aspettavamo.
Innanzitutto, ogni volta che entravamo in camera era presente un persistente odore di chiuso. Inoltre, dai rubinetti dei sanitari usciva acqua di colore giallo per circa il primo minuto di erogazione, sia al nostro arrivo sia la mattina successiva. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, il personale, molto gentile e professionale, ci ha spiegato che il problema era dovuto a un guasto verificatosi la sera precedente. Pur apprezzando la disponibilità dello staff, il disagio è stato comunque significativo.
Infine, abbiamo notato una macchia sulla testata del letto, che ci ha dato l’impressione che la camera non fosse stata pulita con la dovuta attenzione.
Nel complesso la camera ci è piaciuta, ma da una struttura a 4 stelle, soprattutto scegliendo una delle sistemazioni di fascia più alta, ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore cura nella pulizia, nella manutenzione e nell’esperienza complessiva.

Vasca in condizioni pessime, la mia compagna ha mangiato al ristorante e le hanno portato del tonno visibilmente avariato. Non ha ricevuto neanche le scuse del personale.

La banyera tenia moho negre han de vigilar pq hi ha gent que són alérgics, el matalàs súper incòmode.

Una lattina sottomarina di coca cola nel minibar imbevibile 4 euro . Piscina interna caratterizzata 20 euro a persona mi sembra troppo per stare anche poco visto le permanenze .

D'autre part, le PDJ n'était pas prêt à l'heure annonvée. Il a fallu que nous attendions 30 minutes avant que cela soit servi. They ask us to pay parking after the booking with included parking was done and confirmed. They tried to add parking fees after confirmation of the booking. I really thing this is a kind of robbery. I hated this way of being dishonest. And the breakfast was not ready at the previous time. We had to wait 30 minutes ...
