Cons:

O Hotel Ilunion se apresenta como 4 estrelas, mas a realidade é que seria no máximo 2-3 estrelas. Talvez 3, apenas pela localização e atendimento, mas o quarto e as instalações eram antigas e estão longe de ser 4 estrelas.

Ar condicionado velho (não possui controle remoto e desliga sozinho), decoração antiga e quarto pequeno. Não condiz com as fotos.

Pros:

Good location and nice staff

Cons:

The housekeeper did not nock the door before opening the door so that was a bit frustrating. I couldn’t have put up the “do not disturb” sign before I didn’t have one. I called the reception afterwards and they were very apologetic.
