Pros:

They staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable

Cons:

The hotel hadn't switched on the AC so it was a little warm. They did offer a fan, but opening the windows worked out fine

Hát, a négy csillag nem ilyen. A lokáció mentette meg.
Pros:

Nagyon jó lokáció, közel a látnivalókhoz és a metróhoz, innen akár a város felé, akár a tengerhez gyorsan el lehet jutni. A reggeli bőséges, jó választékkal. A személyzet kedves volt (a reggeliztető csapat nem annyira...), segítettek pár kérdésben. Mivel várnunk kellett a szobára, egy nagyobbat kaptunk, a hetedik emeleten, teraszal, jó kilátással.

Cons:

A szálloda abszolút nem 4 csillagos, ez egy gyenge három csillag jó esetben. A tisztaság közepes alatt, és a szoba elavult, a fürdőszobai szerelvények kopottak, lógnak, az egész szállóra ráférne egy nagyon erős felújítás. A Wifi inkább nincs, mint van, teljesen megbízhatatlanul működött. Amit még sosem láttam: reggelinél 3 napon át nem volt vaj, és ki is írták, hogy elfogyott, ahelyett, hogy hoztak volna.

Ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione. E’ possibile raggiungere anche a piedi quasi tutte le attrazioni. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto.

Cons:

Non è assolutamente riconducibile ad un 4 stelle. Mobilio da rivedere. Bagni da ristrutturare. Anche il letto matrimoniale non esiste , due letti singoli uniti.

Pros:

La gentilezza e la cordialità dello staff.
Assistenza 24h su 24h.

Cons:

Avevamo preso una camera matrimoniale ma quando eravamo arrivati lì ci hanno dato una camera con due letti singoli attaccati e che se volevamo il letto matrimoniale dovevamo pagare un plus di 12€ a notte.
Non ci ha dato da fare però ci eravamo rimasti un po’ così così appena arrivati dopo un viaggio.

Great staff and location
Pros:

Great location with some fantastic restaurants nearby. A large Carrefour supermarket nearby too. The room had everything you would need while visiting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I'd certainly return when visiting Barcelona again.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive, in my opinion. We added on when we got there (€15pp or €18pp if you booked on the day). Options were limited and repeated each day. In hindsight, I'd have gone to a local cafe or supermarket.
