Pros:

The location and staff. The staff were very understanding, professional and helpful with a problem that I had in the room.

Cons:

The room was small and an unpleasant smell was coming out of the toilet. The staff tried everything they could to solve it. Since the hotel was fully booked, they booked me another room in a hotel affiliated to the same company.

Bel hôtel. Personnel ne parlant qu espagnol ou anglais. Petit déjeuner médiocre jus de fruits dilué avec de l' eau et café infect. Sinon la nuit fut agréable. Bonne literie.

L' air morose du personnel et le mini buffet du matin.

Excelente ubicación pero necesita mantenimiento
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca a varias atracciones, tiendas, museos, adicionalmente queda cerca a líneas de metro y a paradas de buses.
El personal de la recepción (especialmente Alex) fue muy amable, dándonos indicaciones y sugerencias de lugares para comer.

Cons:

Es evidente que al hotel le hace falta un mejor mantenimiento, hay varios detalles esteticos en paredes, pisos y en el baño que necesitan ser reparados. La limpieza estuvo bien, ropa de cama limpia y no notamos ningún olor desagradable.
