Pros:

Очень много места. В номерах дают минеральную воду, чай, дрип пакеты для кофе. Очень хорошо работает вентиляция. Соседей не слышно

Cons:

Рядом был перекресток, который очень и очень неудобно переходить из за того, что он надземный

It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The staff were helpful, the location was great, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We liked the size of the room and ease of using the TV. The air filter was helpful to cool the room somewhat.

Cons:

We did find that the room was a bit too warm, and we were unable to control the temperature on the thermostat. Also, the beds could have been a little softer.

有些年头的五星酒店
Pros:

早餐很丰盛，日式西式都有，大师傅做的蛋卷很正宗。酒店附近没有地铁，出行靠公交车和酒店到京都火车站的免费巴士。酒店是五星级的，大堂和会议厅都是五星标准，房间只能说是3星标准。员工很热情，大堂里还有一批年轻的新员工为旅客服务，我check-in的时候有一个小姑娘问我要不要把我的行李送去房间，我看看我那只最大号的托运箱就婉拒了。

Cons:

总体来说还是很满意的。

Super hotel, trochę daleko do atrakcji Kioto.
Pros:

Jakość premium w stosunkowo niskiej cenie. Wnętrze hotelu imponujące, pokoje przestronne. Wszystko w jak najwyższym porządku.

Cons:

Przytyk trochę na wyrost, lecz hotel jest położny w miejscu, z którego trzeba jechać długo do każdej atrakcji Kioto.

The hotel is maintain in pristine condition, clean and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Classy looking hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and spotless clean as was the rest of the hotel. The free regular shuttle schedule from and to the train station was a bonus.

Cons:

Not very much within walking distance from the hotel, taxis are not expensive so still easy to get around.

Высокий уровень сервиса с хорошей ценой!
Pros:

Замечательный отель, высокий уровень обслуживания, в номере тихо и удобно спать, особенно подушки понравились. Потрясающий завтрак, большой выбор и все очень вкусно, советую бронировать, так рядом с утра кафе с завтраком не найдете. Есть шаттл до Kyoto Station, пользовались им регулярно. Такси также удобно от отеля брать и в пределах Киото недорого получается

Отель стоит немного в стороне от основных туристических мест, но шаттл и такси решают этот вопрос

Thoroughly enjoyed the luxury and comfort of this hotel and the welcoming manner of all staff.
Pros:

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

The shuttle bus to/ from the station was very much appreciated

Premium room was large and well equipped.

Premium room also enabled complimentary lounge access.

We only had breakfast each morning ( did not dine in the restaurants) - excellent variety.

The concierge was very helpful.

Cons:

It was over half hour walk to town, but easy to go by taxi.

We did not dine in the hotel restaurants, but they looked to be quite expensive.

ראשית , חשוב לנו לציין לשבח את נציגת קשרי הלקוחות בפרונט דסק של המלון כמדומני שמה מרינדי? עזרה לנו מאד בבעיה שהייתה לנו מעל ומעבר , לא וויתרה נשארה מעבר לשעות העבודה לעזור , באדיבות ונחמדות.

Good location, great breakfast, regular shuttle to Kyoto Station, next to Nishi Hogan-ji temples
Pros:

Great breakfast, with lots of choices, and plain omelets made to order.

Right next to the UNESCO World Heritage Buddhist temples (Nishi Hogan-ji). Entrance is fee. Amazing temples within walking distance (600 m).
