Serene and captivating
Pros:

Loved the interior and the overall vibe. Even down to the teas and coffees you get in your room. The gym needs work.

Cons:

The gym had no weights or much of anything.

Pros:

お部屋が広くて清潔で快適。京都駅からホテルの無料送迎バスがある。

Clean rooms

Cons:

Location is a bit away from the town's busy areas. However, the hotel offered a free shuttle bus, which I found very convenient to access Kyoto Station.

Amazing staff and location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, beautiful hotel and the room were spacious compared with other hotels in Japan. The highlight was how friendly the staff were. Now I’m just typing to reach the minimum limit

We were very happy about this hotel. A great choice!

部屋に空きがあったようで、シングルからツインにアップグレードのサービスがあり、やはり広い部屋は快適でした。
Pros:

駅から無料のシャトルバスがあり、とても便利だった。
ベッドも寝心地がよく、室内着のガウンも良かった。

Cons:

冷房が少しきつかったので、fanを止めたが、それでもなんとなく寒いように感じて、薄い綿毛布があると良かった。

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんの対応が丁寧でとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

送迎バスの運転手さんがバスが定時前に満席な場合、説明のために定時まで待っていることはいいことだと思いますが、海外の方をNoと説明なく突き放していて、具体的な説明なく海外の方々は困られていたので、説明のカード等用意された方がいいと思いました。
