Great value for money!
Pros:

改装したばかりで綺麗でした。ハウスキーピングの方がとても親切丁寧でありがたかったです。６月の閑散期だったためか、びっくりするような価格で泊まらせていただき、ありがとうございました！シャトルバスも助かりました。

Cons:

少なくとも私の部屋からは西本願寺の駐車場の大型バスばかりが見えたのでカーテンは一度も開けませんでした。また、なぜかとても湿気が高く、タオルは乾かずドライヤーなどに朝になると水滴がついているほどでした。

Pros:

This hotel was excellent. Clean, spacious, attentive and friendly staff, good location, free shuttle bus to and from the station, phenomenal breakfast whether having the traditional Japanese breakfast or the buffet.

Hotel exceptionnel. Tout était parfait.

Cons:

Réclamer une taxe de séjour au moment de partir (je montais dans mon taxi). Alors que le descriptif Booking indiquait bien qu'il n'y avait aucune taxe ou frais à payer en plus. C'est le seul hotel au Japon lors de mon long séjour qui m'a fait le coup, et ça laisse un petit gout inélégant.

Second time staying at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel and it won't be the last!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts we had in Japan. They had a varied menu for many different travelers. Be warned that it can get busy the later in the morning you go. So we always went first thing in the morning, no issues! There are different cuisine availability at different restaurants in the hotel. For the most part, we went to the main buffet that had the largest variation of food. We also ate at the Japanese restaurant for a curated experience. Both are excellent in their presentation and food.

Cons:

The elevators are a bit slow at times.
