Very spacious compared to others in Japan for the same value. Great breakfast and fantastic staff!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The aircon wasn’t great, was a bit hot at times

Hotel with good facilities, including a great shuttle bus from / to the main train station.
Pros:

Very good facilities as expected for a hotel of this standard. The, free to use, shuttle bus provided between the Kyoto main train station and the hotel was very efficient and a valued facility. A few local city and regional buses stop close-by.

Cons:

The location was not the best for many of the locations and facilities around Kyoto - typically 25 minutes walk or so.

Pros:

浴室、トイレはとても良かった

Cons:

空調設備(クーラー)が全くきかず、自分で調節出来るのは風量のみで、実際に風量を強くしても涼風程度しか出なく、クーラーも全然きいてなく、冷たい風は出ない、暑い思いして寝ました2度と利用しません。

Pros:

静かな場所に位置し、スタッフのおもてなしも丁寧で感じがよかった。素敵な中庭があり、落ち着いて過ごすことができた。部屋も広めで、ベッドの寝心地がよかった。2,000円払えば、駐車場も翌日11時まで利用することができた。

Cons:

設備がマイナス。部屋の冷蔵庫がもっと冷えるとよい。または、冷凍庫があるとよい。廊下に設置されている自動販売機は、おつりの関係なのか、５枚目の100円玉が絶対に反応しない。製氷機から氷がほぼ出ない。偶然そういうタイミングだったからかもしれないが、もう少し追加・メンテナンスしていただきたい。

Pros:

The shuttle was a great plus, breakfast was very good, room was good size and staff were very nice.

Cons:

Very dark ambiance, the garden area as pretty but the rest of the hotel was very dark and stuffy.

Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer und insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch war der Shuttlebus, der den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat.
