Tudo correu bem, exeção o pequeno almoço onde nos foi pedido para marcar horario, quando chegamos tivemos de esperar em uma fila de pessoas, sendo que outras pessoas passaram na frente, sem que ninguem os impedisse! Falta de organização.

El apartamento muy cómodo,con dos habitaciones y con dos baños uno dentro de la habitación.La piscina muy grande para los niños está genial. Lo peor el buffet que era muy repetido, poca variedad. Y la comunicación regular, la playa está lejos. Demasiados franceses!!

Alojamiento bueno para ir con niños, los niños se lo pasan bien en el miniclub. Los exteriores están bien. Los interiores, así como los apartamentos necesitan renovación, también los sofás que hay en el hall, se ve que el color está muy deteriorado. Para ser un alojamiento de 4* está justo.

Estos apartahoteles son una estafa. El edificio y las habitaciones están totalmente abandonadas, sin ningún mantenimiento y sucias. No puedo entender cómo puede mantener una calificación de 4 estrellas porque no debería tener ni 2. Es un complejo muy grande, con los jardines totalmente olvidados, las fachadas negras, y todo el mobiliario, tanto dentro como fuera de la habitación totalmente estropeado. Los cajones de la habitación se desencajaban y no podían cerrarse, la puerta de la terraza estaba rota, desencajada y entraba el ruido.
La minicocina no tenia microondas. Por suerte, se nos ocurrió pedirlo y nos dieron uno. Pero nadie nos informó a la llegada de que podíamos pedirlo. El sofá cama daba asco verlo. Y ya el colchón para dormir en él era incalificable.
Lo único que vale la pena de este resort son las piscinas, aunque el entorno está igual de abandonado que el resto y bastante sucio.
Como positivo, el trenecito que te lleva al pueblo, y que los ticket para el Ferry de la playa son gratis por estar en el resort. Pero no se han molestado ni en poner un cartelito indicado dónde se coge el tren, es todo mediocre y sin cuidado.
En definitiva, la experiencia ha sido terrible, hemos estado muy a disgusto. Se deberían tomar medidas con la calificación de este establecimiento porque es un engaño.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, pero el fin de semana se llena de gente que pasa el día en la piscina y se convierte el hotel en una piscina municipal. La comida del bufet ha bajado de calidad y variedad con respecto a otros años, pero sin embargo el precio ha subido. La limpieza excelente.
