I like the big ski storage at the basement and the big living room which is great for a big group like us.
The fireplace is not working.
There is no enough space to dry the dinnerware since there is no dishwasher for a big group like us.
The hot water for shower is not stable (suddenly became too hot, too cold, or no water at all), even there is only one shower has been using.
There is a double bedroom which has just a double bed and a wardrobe, but it leave no space to walk around the bed. It should not be a room for two people.
Cisco Moon seems to have two parts to rent to two different groups. The entrances are confusing. Our door has been knocked on at 6:30am by the taxi driver coming for the other group. Once even the new group for the other side of Cisco Moon went into our door to look for their rooms.....
Staff were fantastic. Were picked up from the Welcome centre and transported to the property. Cant remember her name, but staff member was lovely. Very helpful, friendly and informative.
Beds were so hard, we all woke up with sore backs and had terrible sleeps. The sound proofing is non existent. The people above us were stomping around all night and early morning. We had the bottom right apartment, where there is an inter-leading door the the next apartments drying room. Very noisy in the morning and the noises from above were terrible. Kids were running up and down all night and someone was playing the piano - a lot! Could almost hear full conversation as well. Need more instructions for garbage - we were instructed to put the bins out by our door and the crows came and messed all the rubbish everywhere. A big clean up in cold snow - not great. Wanted to do the right thing but not sure how we could do this any other way as we followed instructions . Property close to shuttle stop and restaurants. Could definitely do with another couch or chair in the lounge too. No dishwasher in our apartment but that wasn't terrible. Great to have washing machine and dryer in one and Nice sized drying room. Staff super helpful
食器類、調理器具類が前に使った方次第だが汚れていた。
Cisco Moon was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The large space allowed us to come together for meals and sharing our stories about the slopes. The best part is being able to walk out the front door and the shuttle bus stop is right there!
