Could have been better. Can’t recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were super friendly. Late night check in was professional and he (sorry did not catch his name) was very helpful. Liked the garage

Cons:

I do not appreciate being called a liar by the front desk. I was accused of not having paid the garage fee. It was very uncomfortable checking out. The furniture was very dated, for a superior room I do not appreciate to be put in the basement. We also did not get serviced - no fresh towels, nothing. I expect a different kind of attention, cleanliness, hygiene for that kind of accommodation. Plus the staff at that rib restaurant were extremely rude. Either make sure you book a table or just not bother. Food was exceptional though.

Die Lage zum Rhein und zur Museumsmeile ist klasse. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Für Businesstrip absolut ok, aber nichts für Urlaub machen.
Pros:

Die Chefin beim Frühstück war super herzlich und immer gut gelaunt. Perfekt für den Start in den Tag. Frühstücksbuffett hervorragend mit eigener Smoothiebar. TOP!!!

Cons:

Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt und Renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem der Teppichboden war sehr ekelhaft und es gab keine Hotelschuhe. Dein Eingang zum Bad war auch zu eng.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich schön ausgestattet Sitzecke, kleine Bar mit Kochgelegenheit (Mikrowelle) und Kühlschrank, größzügiges Sofa mit Sessel und Tisch, Raumhohe Fenster. Sehr ruhig, obwohl an einer Hauptverkehrsachse gelegen.
Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant im Hotel - Spitze.

Kort maar goed verblijf
Pros:

Leuk plek, een beetje retro.
Hebben van hieruit het fantastisch geschiedenismuseum Haus der Geschichte bezocht, dat kon lopend.
Konden laat nog lekker eten in het restaurant Bed was prima, fijne matras. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk en het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk.

J'ai bien été remboursé de 60€ en raison de la panne d'eau chaude le mardi matin 20/01.

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne.
Carte d'acces qui ne correspondait pas a ma chambre + prob de demagnetisation.
J'ai dû envoyer 3 rappels pour obtenir la bonne facture!
