Wonderful staff with a personal approach. Clean facilities, great location.
Pros:

Thank you for the kind approach from staff. Came to Sydney for a concert, ended up in hospital overnight with my daughter who was quite unwell. Very grateful for the front office staff allowing us a late checkout and to the Food and Beverage supervisor, Serena for being so kind and accomodating to our requests in the morning. Very much appreciate the kindness of your incredible team at Crowne Plaza.

Pros:

Warm welcoming friendly staff, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast included was great with many choices and offered additional options at a price if needed.

Easy good stay
Pros:

Location was great as we needed to be at the Uni. Easy walk to local cafes/ takea aways. Enjoyed the bath!

Convenient location, decent room size, good breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, it had a good selection of food available. Staff at the buffet breakfast were very nice. The room was spacious enough for us. The location of the property was convenient for us to get around to the places we were visiting. The concierge service was great, they resolved the dirty towel issue straight away.

Cons:

The front reception staff weren't as friendly during our check in service, they didn't feel welcoming and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. The "clean" towels provided in the room were dirty, however the concierge staff resolved it immediately.
