Very Disappointing and unsatisfactory service.
Cons:

I had stayed previously at Crowne Plaza Canberra awhile ago and my expectations were such that the standard would have been similar or higher at Crowne Plaza Sydney. Unfortuneately they weren't! Not all travellers are capable as I am not now after surviving 2 strokes. No concierge to assist in unloading and carrying my luggage inside. I refused to remove my vehicle hence blocking the carriageway until that assistance was provided and a male cleaner came out with a trolley to assist me. Further the Room Service wasn't as advertised in the room brouchure and the after hours meal room service menu (9.30pm until moorning) wasn't available, I purposely didn't eat takeaway expecting a nourishing meal because medically I needed my insulin dose before eating, I arrived and attempted to order and was told that the chef hadn't left any meals and I could purchase an overpriced pizza. I was not happy and voiced my disgust to the reception staff, I ate nothing for dinner! I paid top dollar for a room at a 5 star hotel and would have received better treatmment at a backpackers.

Excellent place to stay in, and it’s close to lots of places.
Pros:

The service here is exceptional; the food and cleanliness are high standard. We couldn’t wait to go back here again with my family.

Cons:

The parking has a fee every time you need to go somewhere and back again. That’s about it; other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

Pros:

Breakfast buffets is so cools, staffs are very nice and helpful.Parking is convenient at fair fee .

Great hotel for short stay
Pros:

Friendly staff members including the chefs, housekeeper and the front desk team.

Cons:

Buffet Breakfast was good however the only thing lacking was switch between different cuisines. For 3 days, we were fed with the same stuff which gets monotonous and boring to taste buds.

Pros:

Location and staff were good

Cons:

We have stayed here when the hotel was Marriott - now as a Crowne plaza there is one table and one chair in a room for 2 !! No lounge and there was before .
The night we stayed the restaurant was closed so in room dining only ! Bit challenging to have a meal at the table with only one chair - absolutely a ridiculous idea .
We did ask for a second chair and they did deliver one !
