A few negatives which are dealbreakers so we will not stay again. Staff, service, room all excellent
Pros:

The buffet was good but the plates are stone cold so the scrambled eggs and ‘hit food’ is completely cold by the time it is eaten.

Cons:

Cold plates making cold food.
Chairs in dining area have no backs, there is only a strip across the upper back. I was in Sydney for chiro treatment an then had to sit in backless non supportive chairs.
Bathroom light cannot be left on for safety getting to bathroom at night because there is a totally impractical glass wall between bedroom and bathroom which lights up the entire bedroom, ridiculous design.
The shower can only be entered by straddling the bath edge and hanging on to edge of bath with no grab handle in reach. Exit is slightly better with a solid handle in the shower inside wall. Very awkward and dangerous for me.

Pros:

We loved our stay here! The reception staff were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly to our two kids as well. We’re a family of four and stayed for 2 nights, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic.

Our room was cleaned while we were out on the first day, which was really appreciated. The buffet breakfast was wonderful too — the omelettes and coffees we ordered were perfect both mornings. There was a great selection of food, and we were all very satisfied. Our daughter especially loved the breakfast 😊

The location of the hotel is also very convenient, around 5 to 7 mins walk from the Metro. The gym has quite a complete set of equipment.
Would definitely stay here again!

Check in staff very efficient

Cons:

The lighting in the room was dim. unless I couldn't find the right switch.
The bar staff are untrained. Didn't know what a beer shandy was and poured 30% froth. Then wanted to get the manager to help.
