Will stay here every time we are in the area!
Pros:

Loved how spacious the room was!!! They had free bottles of water at check out, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed

Cons:

It personally didnt bother us, but the hotel is very close to the main road and you can hear traffic

Nice room, breakfast, great stay. I love the check out time of 12 noon. Very helpful for my circumstances.

Cons:

The breakfast

Cons:

Sofa bed should not be called a sofa BED. We had to make the sofa “bed” ourselves. The so called called sofa bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The shower gel was empty for most of our days and not refilled. The best part was the breakfast and the staff person who attended to the breakfast.

I liked that it was in Turkey Creek

Cons:

I ask for housekeeping but they never came even though I was told they would come that day. Also the toilet overflowed and they expected me to plunge it

Left early because it was a problem everyday that I was there! The ladies working desk were unfriendly

Cons:

Dirty washcloth used, hanging from bathroom shower curtain rod. Staff was unhelpful. Was told the night would be free. I understand it was accidentally left but it was the way the staff treated me when I complained

Thr location is good close to restaurants and stores, breakfast was as expected good, the staff were friendly and helpful

They need better pillows too small and soft

Pros:

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Very friendly, supportive outgoing. I’m coming back because of them for the next 5-6 weeks as I continue with cancer treatments.
The only negative was the smell and no airflow in the stairwell.
