Thank you, Finally a Great Hotel!
Pros:

Very Clean! Nice room layout. Good breakfast. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Best hotel I have stayed at in a while! The way it should be.

Cons:

You do pay a daily parking fee. Ugghh. Hang onto tour key cars, you will use if for the hall bathrooms, pool access and access back in the hotel from the beach. Pool is super small, didnt realize in pics. Served the purpose. Most are there for the beach, but as for April spring break a pool is good to have access to. Would like more pillows and to have had a more comfortable bed. Again, now bad though.

Pros:

The area was perfect parking was included!

Cons:

First room that me and my family checked into was not clean had yogurt left in refrigerator went to front desk gave us another room that had dead bugs on the bathroom floor my husband cleaned it up and it was ok only had two wash cloths I was told to wash out one of wash cloths and let my child use it no pool towels was told to use room towels which they only had three, thank God we had our own towels packed from home! Management told my husband that a wrestling team previously stayed and kept towels well my suggestion they knew it was spring break should’ve order extra! For the amount a towel or wash cloth shouldn’t be a worry! Management was horrible! Staff was roaming the floors and parking deck smoking should’ve washed the pool towels!

Overall a pleasant stay except the leakage in the room.
Pros:

Staff was phenomenal! Always smelled fresh in all areas of the hotel. Very good selections for breakfast!

Cons:

Had an issue with the heater leaking on carpet. They handled it promptly but a big fan was constantly blowing loudly the rest of our visit. That was irritating.

Pros:

The location was great. I had a beautiful view of the beach. The parking structure is small, and you have to be careful maneuvering through it. In the bathroom, the tub and walls were peeling. While I was in the shower, the shower rod and curtain fell.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The whole building is beautiful and well kept. It is super clean. Breakfast could be better and some staff members could be friendlier. Other than that, it was great!

Cons:

Staff members were nice but not always friendly. Coffee wasn’t fresh after breakfast and breakfast menu was basically the same during the 5 day stay.
