Camera eccellente, colazione eccellente, posizione ottima. Grazie a tutto lo staff per la professionalità e la gentilezza. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Simone, che ci accolto per un check-in all'una di notte ed è stato super gentile e ci fatto sentire i benvenuti. Bravi! Una experiencia inolvidable – mucho más que un hotel
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente perfecta, pero lo que realmente lo hace extraordinario es el trato humano y la implicación del personal. Desde el primer contacto, el equipo se volcó por completo para ayudarnos a organizar un momento muy especial: una pedida de mano.
Cuidaron cada detalle con una dedicación y una sensibilidad que superaron todas nuestras expectativas. Se notaba que no era “una reserva más”, sino un momento importante, y lo trataron como tal. La comunicación fue excelente, siempre atentos, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.
El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones impecables y el ambiente muy romántico, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el corazón que ponen en su trabajo. Gracias a todos ellos, en especial a Carlos por su dedicación. Será un recuerdo imborrable para nosotros.
Recomiendo este hotel sin ninguna duda, especialmente si buscáis un lugar donde se preocupen de verdad por haceros felices. Volveremos seguro.

Favoloso
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. Le camere sono molto belle, curate nei dettagli, pulite e accoglienti, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori.
La colazione è stata una vera sorpresa: buonissima, varia e abbondante, con prodotti di qualità e tanta scelta sia per chi ama il dolce sia per chi preferisce il salato.
Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: simpatico, gentile e sempre pronto ad attivarsi per soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso.
Un grazie speciale a Carlo, che con la sua professionalità e cordialità ci ha fatto sentire davvero come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Goog location, clean, friendly hotel staff!

Cons:

To be up to high standards, some things that are degraded need to be fixed. Maybe the doors should be soundproofed better because you can hear everything from the hallway and light comes in under the doors. Overall everything was ok!
