Pros:

The hotel is highly recommended, met all expectations and more than that !
It offers great value for money. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and the room was large and spacious. Every day the minibar was refilled free of charge
On the day we had to leave before breakfast, packed food bags were waiting for us in the lobby. After check out, they took care of storing our luggage until our flight. All staff members were courteous and offered help. The hotel is located in an area with bus lines to the entire city, just a few minutes from the central Termini station.

Cons:

Nella mia camera si vedevano i segni del tempo, piccole cose che fanno la differenza tra il 9 e il 10!

Very nice staff and clean. Good restaurants around and good bus service within 5 min walk.
