とても充実していました。
Pros:

ライブラリーがあったので、子供が勉強するのに良かった。スタッフの方にも温かく声掛けいただき、朝食の配慮などしてくださりありがとうございました。

Great value near Narita airport and train station
Pros:

This hotel was surprisingly roomy and the staff were lovely.

The check in after a long flight from Denver was via a kiosk and the front desk staff provided helpful assistance and knew way more English than we knew Japanese. So thank you for being so kind 😊🙏

The room itself (we got a twin) was larger than the others we stayed in during our trip and we had plenty of space to open both suitcases and even hang a few things.

There was a shower with a deep tub to take a bath and a fancy toilet with bidet features (which we came to realize is pretty standard in Japan).

Complimentary green tea and kettle helped caffeinate me the next morning. But there was also coffee available downstairs in the lobby and the breakfast buffet (included in our rate which was <$80) was delightful. We ate it in the cool AC room overlooking the city block below.
