Ιδανική τοποθεσία εάν η άφιξη είναι με τρένο. Βρίσκεται ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ απέναντι από το σταθμό. Εξαιρετική καθημερινή καθαριότητα και φροντίδα του δωματίου! Ζεστό δωμάτιο και άνετο σε χώρους. Χειρόγραφο σημείωμα καλοσωρίσματος συνοδευόμενο με σοκολατάκια! Όπως και αποχαιρετιστήριο δωράκι. Πολύ καλό το ότι παρέχονται πσντόφλες. Το πρωινό είναι άψογο! Μεγάλη ποικιλία αρτοπαρασκευασμάτων, ομελέτα και βραστό αυγό, ποικιλία τυριών, αλλαντικών, φρούτων, ποικιλία γιαουρτιών, σαλάτες, χυμοί, τα ΠΑΝΤΑ!!! Αυτό όμως που ξεπερνά όλα τα προαναφερθέντα είναι το προσωπικό! Θεωρώ πως ο/η manager έχει κάνει καταπληκτική δουλειά!!! Τόσο στην επιλογή του προσωπικού του όσο και στην εκπαίδευση! Είναι όλοι τους τόσο ευγενικοί, τόσο εξυπηρετικοί! Ιδιαίτερα θα πρέπει να αναφέρω όλους τους εργαζόμενους στην αίθουσα του πρωινού και κυρίως στην Γιούλια η οποία είναι τόσο θετικός και χαμογελαστός άνθρωπος! Η φροντίδα της και το χαμόγελο της σου φτιάχνουν την διάθεση! Φέρεται στους πελάτες σαν να είναι οικογένεια της! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ όλους!!! Συγχαρητήρια!!!!

Excellent location, right across the street from the train station, but we requested an interior room, and did not hear the trains our room. Option to have detached single beds instead of Queen bed. Varied and plentiful included breakfast.

Es un hermoso hotel para estar de paso por Forencia ya que la terminal de trenes esta enfrente y la ubicación es excelente. La atención instalaciones y personal también excelente

Hotel a due passi dal centro storico, comodissimo per chi arriva come noi in treno.
Camera pulita, completa di accessori e curata nei minimi dettagli con piccoli pensieri quotidiani.
Un apprezzamento va fatto a tutto lo staff dell'hotel, ma in modo particolare ai ragazzi della reception che spiccano per cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità, seguendo il cliente in ogni sua necessità.
Altro punto di forza la colazione a buffet, varia e abbondante sia dolce che salato, gestita dalla splendida Sig.ra Giulia che rigraziamo per averci reso il risveglio ancor più felice.
Apprezzato il buono per cocktail di benvenuto e il piccolo pensierino di saluto.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Assolutamente consigliato.
Se ritorneremo a Firenze sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

I had searched dozens of hotels around Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and the Diplomat Firenze was our choice due to its location and breakfast.

But I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's sincerity and willingness to make customers happy. I'd like to recognize them one by one.

Alessandra at the front desk was at first seemingly blunt but after hearing about my situation (my wife's got injured before arrival), she went to lengths to provide the best options and took care of a lot of things for my family. I really loved her service.

Lorenzo provided us with extra water for my sick wife in the room. On the last day, he approached us at the restaurant in the morning and quietly offered freshly baked steaming hot croissants for us, which really moved us, as he clearly remembered and cared for us. He is such a caring guy. Thanks a lot!

Adriatik always smiled at us and remembered how we liked our coffee (how can he remember every customer's taste???) It was he who made it extreamly pleasant to go down for breakfast every morning. We really missed his lively and pleasant greetings on the last morning, as he had a day off.

I also would like to thank Daniele for his friendly smiles at the restaurant every morning. Liana also cared for us by letting us check out a little late, considering our train schedule.

The room condition was much better than other four-star hotels. Some say the noise from tram lines was annoying, but with the window closed we couldn't really tell the difference. Besides, it was great to look at the Brunelleschi's cupola through the window in the room. The hotel's so close to every major tourist spots within 10-25 minute walking distance.

We really loved the c-hotels Diplomat Firenze. We returned home with the fondest memories of Firenze and will definitely come back again, not just because of its location and breakfast, but because of its lovely staff.

The property was right beside the train station in Florence. Super easy to get to. The building was very secure, we left our bags with the staff and they moved them to our room for us, because we were on a tour. They also gave us an upgrade to a lovely suite with a beautiful view! The lounge and bar area were very posh. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable. This property is deceptively large, decorated beautifully, and very clean. The staff was fantastic!
