It was promissing, but the lack of air conditioning ruined it.

The location and the kindness of the reception.

Cons:

There was not previous information saying that air conditioning could not be turned on during some periods of the year. The room was really hot and unfortunately I had to leave the hotel.

Il design dell'hotel è metropolitano contemporaneo veramente bello. Il personale estremamente gentile
Alessandra alla reception è stata gentilissima e sorridente, non è scontato ! Anche la colazione ottima e varia c'era di tutto e di qualità, la sala colazioni luminosa e Giulia ci ha accolte e si è interessata a noi intrattenendosi piacevolmente. E' raro trovare nel personale un atteggiamento così gentile ed empatico. Bravi.
Molto comoda anche la posizione soprattutto per chi come noi arrivava con il treno, si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Cons:

Leggermente rumoroso in quanto la nostra camera si affacciava su una strada trafficata.
Camere non grandissime ma per qualche giorno va bene.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo caminando. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El desayuno muy completo, había de todo y de buena calidad.
La atención de cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel fue lo mejor de todo. Excelente servicio de las personas que estaban en el lobby, desayuno y quienes hacían la habitación. Volveríamos muchas veces. Fue el mejor hospedaje en nuestra luna de miel.
