No puede perdérselo!

Llegaba con el tiempo contado dado que he ido por razones laborales y mi check in debía ser rápido para poder llegar a tiempo a un evento por el cual volé 14.000km. en recepción había un mundo de gente haciendo check out, y en poco más de 15' pudieron resolver la entrega de mí habitación y siendo uno de los pocos hoteles de Booking que me realizó el up grade de la habitación correspondiente a mí estatus de Genius. Por otra parte, el desayuno NO es para perdérselo!!... Hay para todos los gustos, desde desayuno americano, hasta típicas piezas italianas. La ubicación es práctica ya que si viajas con equipaje, sales de la estación y está cruzando la calle. Todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto.

Cons:

De noche en los alrededores de la estación aparece gente que busca sitio para descansar como en todas las ciudades grandes o de mucho turismo. Pero en mí caso he regresado al hotel caminando a las 2 am y nunca he tenido ningún problema. También hay mucha seguridad por las calles.

Una mancha, no hace la pintura!

Ya me encontraba en el hotel hospedado y realize una extensión de días y todo fue súper correcto, rapida confirmación y respuesta y también he podido hacer un late check out (on cargo). Por lo que la experiencia continuaba siendo de 10.

Cons:

A la hora del check out, había un sr. Mayor en la recepción que sin razón alguna, le ha hecho un comentario al compañero que me estaba atendiendo, de muy mala manera y en referencia a mí. Algo de luego de la experiencia excepcional que había tenido, me sorprendió en extremo. Más aún que haya pensado que no comprendía su idioma y siendo que viajo por cuestiones laborales. Lo mire y ni siquiera se disculpo. Mantengo la calificación porque el resto ha estado a la altura de la calificación, solo este evento con este señor que ni siquiera me estaba atendiendo y retirarme de allí con un sin sabor... Realmente innecesario. El resto del personal, excelente.

A welcome first night on arrival and last night before departure every time we visit our second home.
Pros:

I feel safe, comfortable, calmed, cared for, acknowledged, and refreshed staying at C- hotels Diplomat in Florence. This is my go-to hotel every time I pass through to get to and from our second home in Chianni. The stay before and after our flights back and forth from the US confirm our love for this region and its people. 10/10

Cons:

I haven't found anything negative about staying here. I'm truly grateful for this respite.
