BOF ! me confiait un voisin de piscine. Il résumait bien la situation.
Pros:

La beauté architecturale de l'hôtel. Le confort des chambres et des salons

Cons:

Top de monde ! Trop de musique, et pas la meilleure, envahissante, partout (même autour des piscines, souvent tonitruante.

Un seul endroit Adults Only, trop petit, vu la demande. Signe d'un besoin non satisfait. Nous demandions du calme, de la sérénité, de l'espace.

Autre chose : on y mange mal, dans des endroits pas toujours adéquats.

Personnel pas toujours aimable. Beaucoup de "petits chefs" pour régler la circulation de tout ce monde.

Bref un hôtel 5 étoiles non méritées. Tout au plus un 4 étoiles. Il y a du travail à faire, beaucoup de travail pour y arriver.

La calidad del desayuno con mucha fruta, horario hasta las 11 y la amabilidad del servicio en el desayuno
Tamańo habitaciones con su propia terraza
Jardines muy bonitos y cuidados
Había tumbonas de sobra
Horario de restaurantes amplio
Música muy buena en vivo viernes tarde en el restaurante más cercano a la playa
Slippers en la habitacion muy cómodos

Cons:

Creo que el Spa podría tener horario mas amplio y tener peluquería también abierta el domingo.

La paella estaba buena de sabor pero el arroz pasado

Lovely hotel, great location, would recommend.
Pros:

Lovely spacious rooms, walking distance to La Caleta with lots of restaurant choices. Staff very helpful, friendly, polite.

Cons:

Prices in restaurants didn’t reflect the standard of cuisine. Overpriced.

A very relaxing and luxurious stay.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the beech and local restaurants. Very clean and great aesthetics. Spa, gym and paddle courts were great. The majority of the staff were excellent, especially the concierge who were very helpful. A slightly more affordable resort when compared with other 5 star hotels.

Cons:

The resort states that sun beds are not to be reserved, but yet every morning a large proportion of the sun beds were reserved with towels and belongings by people who may not even turn up. More alcohol free beer options would be a nice addition. The poolside food wasn’t very good and yet very expensive.

Ligging, eten, kamers

Cons:

De ligbedden aan het zwembad werden al om 7h gereserveerd door mensen die dan een halve dag niet kwamen opdagen. Het zwembadpersoneel kon geen Engels en deed ook niets aan deze situatie hoewel reservatie van bedden niet toegelaten is. Deze manier van werken is zeker niet gepast voor een 5 sterren hotel. Een manager die bij aankomst aan het zwembad plaatsen toewijst en toeziet op het effectieve gebruik van de ligbedden zou een oplossing kunnen zijn.
