An outstanding hotel, a room with a view and very friendly staff, the pools were the ultimate in tranquility and very clean surroundings with ultra efficient staff, Lovely chill out bars and cocktails by the pool and the buffet breakfast and evening meals on a different level with real attention to detail.

Lovely Hotel, beautiful setting, lovely staff

The hotel did everything to make us comfortable from having 2 rooms super close together for us and our grown up kids

The setting inside hotel is beautiful, very green. The pools are great and very clean.

The only counter thing I could say is that the food is expensive in the restaurants. We went out to local restaurants in the area for dinner instead. Favourites were Fañabé del Sol (about few minutes drive near playa de fanabe) and the Chinese just outside the hotel. Both yummy

This hotel definitely has the wow factor from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Everything is spotless 10/10. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is amazing ive never seen such a variety of things its all delicious. The waiting staff are so friendly we loved Marlene she was very helpful and nice. All the staff are nice on reception. The cleaners keep the rooms lovely bringing us water/chocolate everyday. Fantastic heated pools and comfy sunbeds. I could go on forever ❤️highly recommend.

If I tried, I honestly could not find a single fault with this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced hospitality, kindness and genuine care like this.

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt truly valued. Here, you are not treated as just another guest, you are treated as someone who genuinely matters. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, and you can feel the appreciation they have for every guest.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are fully equipped and incredibly comfortable. Several times a day someone kindly knocked on our door to ask if we needed anything, replenished our coffee and made sure everything was perfect. This level of attention to detail is exceptional.

The food was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, fresh and prepared with great care. It is obvious that quality is a priority in every aspect of this hotel.

We would especially like to thank a few incredible people who made our holiday truly unforgettable.

Ricardo, we would also like to thank you personally. From the very first day, you paid attention to every detail of our stay. You always asked about our excursions, how our day had been, and remembered even the smallest things that most people would never notice.

A beautiful hotel in quiet location, a nice walk to lots of restaurants & bars. Staff extremely helpful. The grounds & pool are excellent, comfortable sun-beds, each with shade. Fabulous breakfast service, excellent lunch time options .. we were b&b and found lots it top quality evening dining nearby. Highly recommended!

Great stay except the incident in Seen.
Highly recommend the pool bar for lunch.
Make sure you have at least bed and breakfast booked for your trip.
Bar in evening excellent service for both food and drinks.
Towel’s service was excellent and if you needed fresh ones you could get them anytime.

The hotel is beautiful and service is that good that at moments they hep you forget about your daily tasks and worries. For me, this was a business trip, but in the end it was relaxing that much that it turned up being a very pleasant stay.

One of our favourite hotels in Tenerife. Service and staff were great. The bar staff at the Alma bar were the stars of the show, especially Darian and Matias, the best service

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this property as well as the facility itself. As a solo traveller - stopping in for my birthday - they took care of absolutely every detail all week and showered me in little gifts and treats and notes that made everything so special!! Ada planned all of my excursions and got all of my tickets, she was such a doll. Loved to check in with her throughout. Reception, room service, service in every single restaurant — the hospitality was 10 out of 10.
