Tivoli La Caleta Resort

We are a family of four and have stayed in many 5-star hotels in the area over the years. For the last few years, we had visited SEEN for lunch and drinks, and this year we finally decided to take the plunge and stay in July 2026.

All I can say is that we made absolutely the right decision — in fact, we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our stay for next year!

Normally, when we stay somewhere, we like to head out during the day, whether it’s for a walk, lunch or to explore the area. However, we enjoyed the hotel so much that we actually never left! The atmosphere, facilities and overall experience were just fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and everything was exactly what we could have hoped for from a 5-star hotel.

A huge thank you to the entire Tivoli team for making our stay so special. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to return next year.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is big, bright and clean and all the staff are very friendly. Don't be fooled by the marketing materials that may make it seem like an exclusively adults-only venue; the hotel is very family-friendly.

There is a nice beach just a few minutes' walk away and various restaurants and shops around.

I wanted to call out our experience with my daughter's multiple food allergies (dairy, nuts and sesame). We stayed on a half-board basis and had every breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant (Gusto). The buffet has allergy labels on most items, which is already a great start. But having informed the hotel of her allergies in advance, the front desk of the restaurant met us every visit, asked what she would like to eat on that visit, and then went to the kitchen and got them to double check the allergens on all the items and prepare a fresh dish for her to avoid any cross-contamination from the buffet. She was able to have specially made dairy-free pancakes every morning, and was able to try a good sample of the evening dishes over the course of the week. Best of all, they always brought out a special surprise dessert for her at the end of every night - and some of these desserts looked (and tasted!) incredible, like Michelin-star quality!

This level of service is more than we could have hoped for, and we were truly grateful that our daughter felt so included in all the meals over the holiday. She felt very safe throughout and definitely very pampered.

A truly beautiful hotel, very luxurious, with spacious rooms, great facilities and brilliant location. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Concierge team are very good and go above and beyond to personalise your stay. Carly was exceptional. Great location - out the front of the hotel there is a supermarket and a small group of restaurants. If you exit the hotel down by the beach, you can walk 15 mins left down the promenade towards Plaza Del Duche with it's shops and lovely eateries and white sandy beaches. If you turn right instead you can stroll 15 mins down the promenade to the small fishing village of La Caleta. Beautiful. Restaurants on site are all lovely. Seen is very popular across the island. We stayed 11 nights and could have stayed longer., Siam Park water park is brilliant day out - worth paying for fast passes! 10 minutes in a taxi. Los Cristianos is 15 mins by taxi. Playa de las Americas is 10 mins by taxi. Big Smile Charters are great for whale and dolphin watching, Safari Submarine is 20 mins by taxi and also very good, We also did the Knights Castle evening show at San Miguel and that was great - our son lovely the show and was very animated all night but the food and entry queueing system was not good!! But still he enjoyed it. Not sure the VIP element was worth it on that show as we only benefitted from front row seat and I don't think we needed that! Fantastic holiday!!! Thank you

We enjoyed a wonderful stay - everything was great: the huge bathroom, one of the best I’ve encountered at a hotel, the serene adult pool, the breakfasts with the fresh orange juice, our room and most importantly the staff, everyone we encountered was friendly, warm, professional and welcoming.

Couldn’t find any faults, not that I was looking, and will most definitely return.

We (2 adults, 1 teenager) spent 7 nights here in mid August and we had an ocean view room, with terrace. Was definitely worth the upgrade in rooms as we had loungers, a large space and 2 chairs so we could all use the space after we left the pool area around 5pm most afternoons.

2nd stay at the Tivoli, but numerous at the previous incarnation (Sheraton)
We were super happy to see a lot of familiar faces (Inma, Joe to name a couple) but recognised many more from memory.

So, the breakfast.... simply the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Starts with a glass of fresh OJ and a coffee order, then onto the banquet that awaits you. I can't think that anything is missing. Everything tastes amazing and the beetroot was a staple every morning. The overnight oats were full of flavour, the iberico ham, the cheeses, the bread selection, the salads, the fruit cooked food (eggs, omelette made to order). Then onto other juices and the pastries. For those who enjoy a tipple at breakfast, there is a bloody mary station and chilled cava.
I've seen breakfast videos from other hotels on the Island and they do not come close to The Tivoli offering. Staff including Miguel, Stephen, Sarah, Deicy (not sure if spelt correctly) were all super attentive and helpful

We had food at the pool bar a couple of times (Guilty rolls are my favourite!) and finally had the evening buffet (twice) after never going in all of the years (suffice to say, we've missed out). It kept up from the breakfast standard.

Housekeeping was amazing (Samar) and the turndown service with chocolates and extra coffee / milk etc very much appreciated. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.

We are already thinking of when we can come back. A truly 5 star experience all round. Big thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely holiday.

If you're considering booking this hotel then go for it. It's incredible. From the food, to the service to the pools; it's just beautiful. You will have an amazing time. The staff are incredible. We don't want to go home! The location is fab aswell:)

Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife is a truly exceptional resort — beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and everything you would expect from a genuine 5-star experience.

The resort itself is stunning, with wonderful swimming pools, beautiful surroundings, spacious and extremely comfortable rooms, and impeccable service throughout. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, with an impressive variety and superb quality.

One of the things we appreciated most was the peace and quiet. We stayed in room 263, on the left-hand side of the resort, and it was incredibly comfortable and wonderfully quiet. We strongly recommend this side of the resort if tranquillity is important to you. There is only about an hour and a half of some gentle live music in the evening coming from the neighbouring Riu resort; apart from that, the silence is almost perfect.

Our room was exceptionally well equipped: an incredibly comfortable mattress, a coffee machine with capsules, an ice machine conveniently available on the corridor, and an ice bucket in the room. The air conditioning was excellent and completely comfortable. Housekeeping was absolutely impeccable.

We particularly loved the little touches that made the stay feel genuinely luxurious: complimentary still water and chocolates replenished every evening. These thoughtful details, together with the outstanding service, made us feel truly pampered.

The location is also fantastic. You can walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife, while still enjoying the serenity and privacy of the resort.

Everything was beautifully thought out, from the comfort of the room to the quality of the food and the impeccable attention to detail. A complete 5-star indulgence and one of the most relaxing hotel experiences we have had.

We would return to Tivoli La Caleta without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, exceptional service and, above all, peace and tranquillity.

We had a wonderful stay at Tivoli La Caleta Resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. A special mention to Veronica, who was so warm and helpful when we arrived and really helped to make a great first impression.

Another very special mention goes to Fanni from Concierge. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She arranged our tickets for Siam Park and the horse riding, making everything so easy for us. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was with the children—she even went the extra mile to make sure they had a little picnic to take with them. That small gesture meant so much to us and showed genuine care.

The resort itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was very relaxing and family-friendly.

Thank you to the team at Tivoli La Caleta, and especially Veronica and Fanni, for helping make our holiday so special. We would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having travelled around the world, it’s always a delight to stay in a hotel that matches the quality of service that was delivered from Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort.

From the moment we arrived it was not only a feast for the eyes; beautiful interiors and atmosphere, but the service was what stuck out to us. The warm smiles and exceptional hospitality we received from Fanni after a long travel day made all the exhaustion go away. We became excited to explore the rest of the resort. It was truly a magical and wonderful feeling.

There are two other people we want to shout out for displaying world class hospitality: Elena, who we first met at the Guilty restaurant, then dinner and breakfast throughout the week. Her knowledge and enthusiasm shone through every interaction, and it was a delight to meet her. The other person was Roberta. Her level of service was incredible. She seemed to be everywhere all at once, from breakfast to dinner, and all around the resort! She was always smiling, no matter what time of day it was. We got so excited to see her wherever we ended up as we knew we would get world class service and just a beautiful personality. Thanks to you both for making our days brighter!

Overall, wow. What can we say? We chose the perfect place to spend our 5 year anniversary!

There’s nothing to fault, and genuinely can say it was the perfect getaway.

Location is nice, the atmosphere is quiet and calm at most times. Rooms are spacious and cleaned very well, good value for money. Cleanliness is very good. All staff are very friendly and welcoming and have good service. We used the padel courts, pools aren’t too crowded, gym has room for improvement but it isn’t terrible. The padel courts are good, I have had one massage which was a bit disappointing to say the least. Breakfast is nice and seen restraint is very good - good dj and food very good value for money.
