I will never come back, it’s not safe for my health.
Pros:

Waffle machine was broke, eggs was not cooked well the first day & burnt next day,and it wasn’t even that much in there for the guess. .

Cons:

The lady receptionist was nasty attitude the first day we came. My rooms were so nasty and smelly. No ventilation , I feel like I was getting Covid in the room from those germs , Even in the hallways. The carpet is so old the air-conditioning ventilation is old , smell coming through the air conditioner, I couldn’t breathe in the room. It literally was making me sick. I had to keep buying, Vic’s, vitamins, pain medicine & tea & leaving out for air .

Close to venue. They allowed me to leave rented mobility scooter in their back office for Monday pickup.

Cons:

Tv didn't work. They wouldn't fix. noticed roaches in the bathroom. Did not inform me of loud interior construction!

The room they put us in was under construction. It was mold in the bathroom. The molding around the room was coming off the room. And the room smell like bad.

Pros:

The toilet was clogged upon my arrival. There was a plunger in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they would not change my room. The maid the next day tried to fix and said it was a plumbing issue and they should move me. I talked to the front desk again, they wouldn’t move me or remedy the problem.i had to use the toilet in the lobby all weekend. They said the manager was on vacation and would contact me when they returned to remedy the problem. They never contacted me and I left all info and explained in a note left for them. Horrible service and I wish that for nobody when staying somewhere.

Pros:

They allowed check-ins after midnight. The staff were friendly

Cons:

There were limited choices for breakfast. We were not allowed to take it to the room, despite having my 7-year-old, who is slow with eating. The room door could not lock, and we were too exhausted to change rooms.

Great value for the price
Pros:

Location & amenities were a great value for the price. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Free breakfast and outdoor pool were a huge plus.

Cons:

The room had a very weird smell upon arrival which didn’t subside during the stay. Other than that everything was as expected and great.

Pros:

My tri was good, my stay was questionable...
First , I have an issue with the facility trying to charge my card a day early. The site says that I pay at arrival, I get an alert from my credit card , a declined because my card was locked and then i get a call from the hotel approximately 9:47 p.m. on August 15, 2025 that I have checked in , I said ma'am I do not check in until tomorrow at 3 pm. She said no you are scheduled for today, I said no tomorrow.

Comfort was good.
They only gave 2 sets of towels for a family of four
when requested more they stated they were out.
Had to go purchase my own towels to shower


Cooul not enjoy complimentary breakfast because waffle maker was broken, food was cold.

Ice machine broken, my family that was on first level had to come to third level.

Room was extremely nasty no tv in bedroom ask the front desk and they said no rooms have tv in the bedrooms had to change rooms because of how dirty it was the other room had a tv in bedroom it was nasty also but wasn’t like the first room staff was rude never stay again

Pros:

Jacuzzi tub. Was there for the USATF Masters National Championships and it sure helped me recover between races. Spacious and quiet room(I had an end room).

Cons:

The facility needs some repairs. Universal Gym cables are all broken. Luckily, I saw no bugs, like some of the other reviews mentioned.

Pros:

That the receptionist is always pleasant

Cons:

The fact that I was put on dnr list because I stayed until 1215 on a previous stay were I paid a deposit, and the was redunded. Felt like it was personal because i was told i couldnt take breakfast into my room and had to eat in dining area. Also at that stay it was blood on the wall in my room 301 that I took a picture of and did not report. Also for this curreny stay I had to go by a screwdriver to fix the cold water facet in the spa tub which was the reason I stay at this property after being moved from a room with no TV in the living area. Not the best experience. But again, the receptionist was pleasant!she did her best to accommodate and I truly appreciate it.
