The manager , Carolyn and the front desk. Clerk who was bilingual were very helpful. They showed us how to connect to WiFi and greeted us each time we entered the property. This is our 2nd trip driving from Michigan to enjoy this hotel.

Rooms are small with no microwave in room. No free breakfast, they advertise a free breakfast if you pay $ 15 per person additional when making reservation so actually not free, You cannot attach a firestick or roku to watch your streaming apps, streaming your available apps at most Marriott properties are available but not this one. Time of check is inconsistent changing times, requiring you to continually check to see if your room is ready. When you check in your lucky if you can find any cart to move your items to your room, most carts are very small, my entire time I saw one high cart most are a little larger than a shopping cart. If I would have known this before I would have stayed at a red roof inn. I stay at Marriott property often and most have much better amenities, this one's a loser.
Staff was rude and not friendly when asking for things. Also heard other guests complaining about the same things.

The breakfast was basic yet good. They have Starbucks coffee which made my day! The location is in walking distance to Coligny Beach and shops/restaurants! I will definitely be back. There is an amazing rooftop bar and pool! I loved it
Maybe add some more hot items to the breakfast menu
If you don’t want any frills, it is a nice place to stay and a good location.
I don’t like a property that does not service your room when you’re gone all day. I saw the staff in the hallway and said I was hoping our room was next since we had no toilet paper or clean towels. They didn’t seem to understand me and never cleaned the room, took away the dirty coffee cups, or left new coffee and creamer, so I had to get towels from the cart and a roll of toilet paper.

I had made my reservation through a 3rd party and paid for my room up front but upon checking out the hotel charged me again. I had to call the hotel to get a refund. This is the 2nd time a Marriott hotel has over charged me. I will not likely stay at a Marriott again in the future.
