Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее. Персонал приветливый. В комнатах чисто.

Cons:

Парковка. Уберите у вас информацию о парковке тк она не соответствует действительности. Нет у вас парковки и никто не помогает с парковкой. Почему-то сам клиент должен искать, где припарковаться. Частная парковка вблизи отеля, недоступна. Это нечестно, по отношению к клиенту. Кофейная машина отсутствует.

Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! Всё было просто супер: начиная от встречи на ресепшн и заканчивая выездом. Номер чистый, уютный, с красивым видом. Питание разнообразное и вкусное, голодными не остались точно. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Отдельное спасибо за атмосферу — чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще! Рекомендуем всем!

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location to access good restaurants!
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but good, however mainly the staff was very pleasant, helpful and always available, no matter the issue!

Top Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Personsl war sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück entsprach meinen Erwartungen und war vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. When we entered the room, a compliment was waiting for us(plate with fruits) and that was a good surprise for us. Stuff was helpful and responsive.

Давно не получал такого выгодного соотношения цена/качество
Отель уровня премиум по цене среднего-эконома. За интерьер номеров и лобби - браво, чистая аристократия с высоченными потолками и элегатным стилем каждой детали. Завтрак хороший, не такой как в дорогих сетевых отелях, но все есть. Одним словом понравилось, здесь точно стоит остановиться

Pros:

Almost everything. Especially the staff is amazing.

Cons:

The only thing I would recommend is fixing the room windows, as they are old and do not properly block the noise or the cold/wind coming from outside.
