Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, full of proteins and salads. Bed, bathroom and room in general very clean and cozy. We had a room with a view at the interior, it was very silent and calm, which is exactly what we needed. The front office manager, Lika, was extremely hospitable and nice. Thanks to her, we had a very calm holiday.

Pros:

Das große Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Freundlickeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.
Defekte im Zimmer wurden sofort behoben.

Cons:

Es fehlte an Kleinigkeiten, wie Handtuchhalter, Lampen am Schreibtisch und in der Sitzecke.
Kleiderbügel habe ich auf Anfage sofort erhalten.

Pros:

Tastefully renovated old building in Tbilisi. Room was spacious and nice. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.
Location was nice, not in the city centre but close to nice area in Tbilisi like Fabrika and other shops and restaurants. Employees were always helpful and ready to answer all the questions. Manager contacted me directly too if I am comfortable or need anything. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

A colazione non si può bere un caffe espresso o macchiato o latte!
Non può mancare una macchina del caffè (anche automatica andrebbe bene....) in un Hotel a 4 Stelle!

В общем неплохой отель. Но я ожидал другого исходя из рейтинга отеля. На обратном пути нашего путешествия не стал тут останавливаться.
Персонал неприветливый, ощущение при заселении, что тебе не рады. Только один из 3 сотрудников ресепшена за 3 дня был с улыбкой. Остальным будто ты в тягость.
Что касается номеров. То тут для меня пример, как не надо делать дизайн номера)) Заходишь - справа душевая и туалет. В душевой ни одного крючка. Вешаешь полотенце и белье просто на крючки в прихожей. Потом голый выходишь в прихожую - если шторы будут открыты, то ты отлично виден дому напротив) Слева в прихожей "остров" раковина и отдельно от раковины смеситель - вода льется во все стороны когда умываешься, это видно по раковине, она вся в вековых подтеках. Место в номере много, но нет нормального шкафа, вешалок, сушилки для белья. Терраса без навеса и с мизерными перегородками от соседей. Даже не понятно плюс в терассе или минус, т.к. там курят ваши соседи и запахи пойдут к вам. Парковки нет от слова совсем, это надо учитывать.
Завтрак нормальный, но ничего особенного, были еще в 4 отелях во время поездки по Грузии - везде были завтраки лучше.

Lovely hotel and staff.
Pros:

Great staff.
Good location near Metro station to go to centre of city. We chose this hotel to be outside main centre, but easily accessible.
