Everything is excellent
Pros:

I had reviewed the facility and provided 10-star review. I liked the hotel so much that I extended my stay. I want to say again that everything is good, staff, location, etc. l forgot mentioning that the hop-on/hop-off tour bus also stops two minutes away from the hotel.

Pros:

Great room, very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great big showerhead!!! Free movies available. Staff very friendly and efficient. Was a great stay and I highly recommend this place.

Недостатки ерундовые, в отель вернусь с удовольствием
Pros:

Расположение лучше не бывает, в пяти минутах ходьбы от метро на тихой улице. Старинное здание, с большой любовью отремонтированное, кто видел состояние многих старых зданий в Тбилиси - понимает о чем я). Номер прекрасен - сама комната не очень большая, но выручает большой коридор с рабочей зоной и зоной для еды, шкаф, комод, тумбочки со множеством полок - я такое люблю. По факту получается как квартирка небольшая. Очень было уютно, не хотелось уезжать. Люстра - моя отдельная любовь). Ванна комната огромная просто.
Для меня очень важна шумоизоляция. Стены толстые, соседей не было слышно от слова совсем, звуки из коридора да, но они не мешали.
Фитнес зал маленький, но позаниматься можно, беговая дорожка работает, комбо-тренажер, скамья, гантели. В спа не ходила, пахло оттуда хорошо.
Завтрак в очень красиво оформленной комнате. На первый взгляд кажется, что выбор блюд маленький, но в принципе все необходимое есть. Главное - все свежайшее и очень, очень вкусное. Омлет + каждый день меняющееся горячее блюдо, сыры, колбасы, творог, овощи, фрукты, можно попросить яичницу или омлет с овощами, почти каждый день пекли малюсенькие вкуснущие хачапури и что-то с творогом . Девушки официантки очень вежливы, моментально реагируют на просьбы

Cons:

Номер выходил на узкую улицу, слышно машины и разговоры, но это не к отелю вопросы.
В тренажерном зале не хватало маленьких гантелек по 2 или 1,5 кг. Гантели были начиная от 4 кг
На завтраке очень не хватало хорошей кофемашины.
Не знаю кто писал про хорошую уборку - у меня за неделю ковролин ни разу не чистился, вообще горничных с пылесосом не видела)

Super nice staff and great location
Pros:

Staff: nice and helpful, especially the gentlemen at the front desk who are super friendly and eager to answer any questions.
Location: great location to everywhere. minutes to metro station, bus stops, markets, eateries, money exchanges, SIM card stores, etc. Also easy walking to old town center and railway station.
Smooth early check-in: booking offered 10am early check in for my reservation. I read a complaint review regarding early check-in so I confirmed with the facility before arrival. We actually arrived before 9am and the front desk staff allowed us to get my room.
Breakfast: the breakfast is not as abundant as those of some luxury hotels but it's still very good and adequate. We had some early day tours and they helped prepare sándwich boxes the day before so we were able to eat our breakfast at the room before rush out to catch our day tours. BTW, one needs to tell the breakfast staff one day earlier during the breakfast hours for the chef to prepare the boxes.
Room: the room is spacious with enough storage space, couch and sofa, and table/coffee table.
Bedding: the bed and linens are clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Good location in a nice neighbourhood. Very near a metro station to access the rest of the city. Comfortable bed and room. Stylish decor. Good breakfast, gym and steam room. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Lift slightly old. Could have been a bit more variety at breakfast.

Hotel originale con stile
Pros:

Hotel carino e un po’ diverso dal solito, con una struttura particolare fatta di più livelli e affacci interni. Tutto molto colorato e curato, con uno stile tra moderno e tradizionale. Ambiente piacevole e accogliente, non il classico hotel anonimo.

Cons:

Non avevo capito che per farci sistemare la stanza nel senso di rifare il letto e svuotare i cestini avrei dovuto mettere fuori il cartello, non viene fatto giornalmente in automatico.

J'ai aimé la taille de la suite, assez spacieuse pour 3, la décoration est contemporaine et colorée, la salle de fitness est sobre mais il a de quoi faire, la reception ouverte 24h/24

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre pour 3 personnes et malheureusement la 3ème place était un lit d'appoint alors que la chambre permettait d'avoir un couchage plus confortable surtout pour une semaine
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pourrait commencer plus tôt et finir plus tard, entre les excursions et les activités nocturnes cela aurait été plus confortable

Three stars at best
Pros:

Big room with high ceiling. We booked an option with early check-in, which meant we could access the room immediately upon arrival first thing in the morning - helpful option. Hot egg dishes (omelette etc) available at breakfast, although note that the overall breakfast selection was sparse.

Cons:

Room was supposed to have “city view” - this was not the case. Whilst the room had a window, it was into an internal indoor corridor, so there was no natural light at all. It was hot and stuffy in the room - opening the window into the corridor meant we got strong smoke smell coming into the room. The whole room shook when you walked across it and the floor is uneven. One bedside table lamp was not working. Bathroom was in a poor state. Cleaning staff did not leave extra toilet paper even though our roll was finishing - we had to obtain extra ourselves. Staff was fine, but never smiled and didn’t come across as welcoming. Breakfast selection was sparse with some unappealing looking options and all fruit looked old and withered.

Estancia agradable.
Pros:

Me gustó la atención, la habitación amplia, la ubicación.

Cons:

Hubiese preferido que no tuviese tapete en el piso y que el aire acondicionado estuviese en funcionamiento. Pero me prestaron un ventilador lo que estuvo bien.

Pros:

Замечательный отель в историческом старом здании города. Удобное расположение. Красивый, современный, модный интерьер! В номере всё как на картинках. Персонал знает русский, все улыбчивые и приятные. На связи по WhatsApp менеджер отеля Лика, которая решает любые просьбы и вопросы, если они у вас есть. Завтрак хороший, всё вкусно. Номер убирали каждый день, в номере бесплатно чай, кофе + 2 бутылки воды. Рядом много мест где можно покушать.
