Pros:

A very stylishly designed hotel – colorful, nice, and cozy. They upgraded our room to a Family Suite, which was very nice of them, and we loved the room very much. The location is good: a pleasant area with everything you need nearby, though it’s not very close to the center (about a 30-minute walk). However, there is a metro station just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and you can reach the city center in 5–10 minutes.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited, but it was fine for us.

Leider deutlich schlechter als auf Booking bewertet
Pros:

- early check-in war ohne Aufpreis möglich
- 24/7 Rezeption
- Gym + Dampfbad rund um die Uhr nutzbar
- Mitarbeiter grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Verlängerung (5 + 1 Nacht) war unkompliziert vor Antritt der Reise möglich
- moderne und kreative Einrichtung und ausgefallenes Hoteldesign
- bis auf kleine Ausnahmen sehr sauber

Cons:

Hier gab es leider mehrere Punkte, die für uns nicht gepasst haben. Eigentlich sind wir sehr unkomplizierte Gäste aber alles in Summe war es doch ein bisschen zu viel, was falsch lief:

- Nach ca. zwei Nächten kamen wir gegen 22 Uhr zurück und der Strom im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Nach etwa 20 Minuten stellte sich heraus, dass wir wegen eines größeren Problems das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das kann natürlich passieren, allerdings erhielten wir ein kleineres Zimmer ohne Schrank oder ausreichende Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Da wir insgesamt sechs Nächte dort waren und mit viel Gepäck unterwegs waren, war das eher unpraktisch. Wir hätten eigentlich eher ein Upgrade erwartet, da auch low season war und wir so spät abends noch umziehen mussten.

- ziemliches Chaos was das Frühstück betrifft; wir konnten insgesamt nur 3 mal frühstücken, weil das Frühstück anders als online angegeben war erst um 8 Uhr anfing. Kann man alles mit low-season erklären aber es war schon ein bisschen nervig, da die meisten Tagesausflüge von Tiflis aus um 8:30 Uhr an einem Treffpunkt aus beginnen. Zudem war die meisten Tage die Kaffeemaschine kaputt was wohl laut anderen Rezensionen öfter passiert. Als wir an einem Tag um 7:56 Uhr den Frühstücksraum für einen Kaffee to Go betraten, wurden wir weggeschickt mit „Breakfast starts at 8“ aber es würde heute sowieso eine halbe Stunde später starten, weil es irgend ein Problem gab. An einem anderen Tag sind wir um 10:45 Uhr frühstücken gegangen und wurden um Punkt 11 gebeten den Raum zu verlassen, mit dem Hinweis wir könnten auf dem Zimmer zu Ende frühstücken, obwohl wir noch 2-3 Schlücke Tee in unseren Tassen hatten.

- Minibar Thematik: während des ganzen Aufenthaltes haben wir nichts aus der minibar genommen, aber beim checkout wurden uns 7 Lari für Chips berechnet. Außerdem fehlte eine Jäegermeister Flasche. Die Chips haben wir dann letztendlich nach kurzem hin und her einfach bezahlt weil wir kein Fass aufmachen wollten.

The staff were very accommodating - due to the limited number of flights from the UK, I arrived well before my check in
Pros:

The location was excellent, the metro is only a couple of minutes’ walk away.

My room and the facilities were all spotless. While I never needed any help during my stay, I noticed that staff were always on hand to help - reception was staffed 24/7.

Despite the hotel being fairly small, the facilities were excellent. While basic, I couldn’t fault the breakfast, and I made full use of the hotel gym.

Je recommande fortement de visiter Tbilissi.
Pros:

L'architecture de l'hôtel est très belle. De même que la chambre, c'est une très belle découverte.
Grâce à sa situation géographique, on a pu découvrir la ville un peu plus élargie.
Très accueillant et très serviable.

Pros:

Good location and comfy bed.

Cons:

The "spa" is an overheated steam room located in a tiny cold dark hallway that you have to contact reception 30 minutes in advance to use. Its way too hot, and feels pointless, it is not relaxing at all. Housekeeping screams and shouts in the hallways scrolling TikTok on their phones. The breakfast is mediocre at best, extremely limited, basic, and bland. The atmosphere of the hotel is strange like it doesn't understand its brand or identity. I struggle to see how it could have such high reviews. Clearly people have very limited or low standards and experiences. I would say this is a 3 star at best.
