Pros:

Very comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff. Shortish walk to most museums.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the first room we were in. They moved us and didn't seem to be more. Very tiny parking garage.

We had an amazing stay. The 2 queen/suite was perfect! Plenty of space and very clean.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and working staff were so professional and friendly.

250th trip
Pros:

We were able to check in early in the morning of our arrival and check out late on the day of our departure. Room was perfect for my wife and I and two grand children. It was very hot and smokey walking DC so the extra time very much appreciated. Breakfast was great and the staff there, very attentive. Both girls working the desk very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The store was fairly limited food wise would be my only critique though the very nice lady there packed a lot into a small space.

The Potbelly around the corner made great sandwiches for us on way back from metro station also very close and convenient
