Extremely noisy if you’re facing the parking lot. Substandard food. Only one towel in the “upgraded” room, and no room cleaning throughout the stay.

Cons:

Only thing that was a bit of an issue was the heat in the room. There was a fan but that just moved the hot air around. Really need aircon as the windows only opened about 5 cm

Pros:

The location to where we wanted to be

Cons:

There was no air con in the bedrooms, and there were many groups of men smoking cannabis in the car park gathering around their cars, plus lots of litter strewn around the car park.

Pros:

A customer was shouting abuse at me in the swimming pool in front of my children, because one of my kids went into the adult swimming lane to get their ball. I told my kids they weren't allowed and they didn't repeat their error but I informed kimmy and staff about the abuse and they did not seem bothered. Which really put the trip from a 10 to a 5. Which is a real shame.

Cons:

The staff didn't have any empathy. Nor did they strive to make the situation right. I felt like they failed me and my kids.

very mediocre
Pros:

very impersonal at check in, poor service in room, very basic offering, 4 days is too long its basically a road side one night motel

Cons:

poor maid service, 2 out of 4 nights it went uncleanaed
