I am a member at Walsall Village Leisure Centre.
Having experienced an injury to my shoulder, I have been unable to swim.
Returning after three months and stilll encountering discomfort, Jon one of the Leisure Team, gave me some really useful and insightful advice regarding not only the injury, but also suggested tips and strategies on how to get the joint gradually working whilst gaining strength, without added discomfort.

I loved how clean it was and how much there was to do in site
I didn’t like the staff they were very rude pacifically the male worker he was very rude he worked on the bar he was no accommodating at all.

The room my daughter stayed in, the power plug socket that you use for the coffee machine only had one screw in and was half off the wall. As a qualified electrician the risk of anyone touching LIVE parts was high and for my own daughter to be using that room was very worrying! All was reported & photos taken but it has left me wondering if I should use you again??

Had a wonderful relaxing day weekend just gone, hotel is what you would expect but the leisure facilities is where it really stood out. Sophie was so helpful and the pool and sauna clean and just an enjoyable experience
Curtis was absolutley fantastic and so helpful. He made us all feel extremley welcome.
On arrival, I was greeted by Curtis. And I must say he was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever checked into a hotel with. Curtis selected one of the refurbished rooms for me which I must say is very nice. I stay in village hotels quite often.
Free Parking as the payment machine wasn't working so that was a bonus loads of parking and room was clean
The room in general was just worn out and it made the place look scruffy I'd guess its due a refurb soon as it wasn't up to the normal spec, Music from around 5:30am ish onwards not sure if it was a the gym, someones room or the kitchen etc just loud enough to be really annoying window was also very noisy through the night so much so I checked it was closed 3 times
Walsall - its not often we write public review words but this hotel and their staff in particular Curtis were so helpful, welcoming and made sure my colleague who is registered blind felt safe and comfortable for our stay. The leisure facilities were spotless and high quality. Room was so comfortable and food was devine! Also shout out to person on breakfast, she was super kind when my colleague felt unwell and made sure he had anything he needed. Thank you again we have been recommending you to everyone and planning a stay with my friends too!
