Everything was great rooms were really nice . Breakfast was great and dinner food was great aswell !
Most of the staff were amazing and very friendly there were 1 or 2 female members of bar staff who were very rude buy we all have off days I guess .
From walking in the door to leaving the stay was flawless and the staff, facilities and food were excellent. All staff I interacted with were excellent. I love the bar and grill.

Had a business meeting today at Village Walsall. New to me but will definitely use the venue again. The new revamped rooms look great and modern as I stayed over for just the one night. On my departure I stopped off at Starbucks to grab a coffee for my journey home. A lovely lady named Laura served me with a pistachio velvet latte and she recommended the banana loaf cake. I didn’t use the restaurant so can’t review on that. Enjoyed my comfy stay and welcoming staff. Will defiantly use again. Plenty of parking which is also a bonus and charging points
I came in to meet up with some friends before Easter, we got served by Laura who was very friendly. She recommended me to try one of the new ube vanilla lattes which I loved and will have again. Will be returning here for sure!
