I was discriminated against in the swimming pool by a regular member because my children went into the fast lane to grab their ball. The woman was swearing at my kids and me and the staff just stood there and did nothing amd were not bothered. It put a downer on the whole trip

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the room became unbearable to stay in even with the fan provided. Given how hot it has been throughout this week I would have expected extra precautions for the weather such as bottled water in the rooms and a conversation regarding there being no air conditioning but what measures could be put in place etc

I’m sorry but it was ridiculously hot in the rooms. I know that it was a warm weekend but it wasn’t scorching. God knows what it will be like this week!
I asked for an extra fan which I was kindly provided with but it was very poor and didn’t help.

Extra to park, expensive breakfast which didn’t start till 8am, no soap in room, asked for it to be filled but they didn’t. No air con- room was boiling!
No hot water, they knew of the problem but it was just like it or lump it. Sound of a leak all night. No Aircon, but the fan they supply to pug in was so noisy no sleep. This is 1 star service
Location was good
Rooms were unbelievably hot and only a small fab given in room. Whole family had poor night sleep due to heat. Found drinks under the bed left from previous people staying (shows it was kit cleaned thoroughly between stays)
