De locatie is prachtig en het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The location was amazing for a short stay in Cork with 2 small kiddies. Fota and Leahys open farm are close by as well as being on the beach and a playground. It's a perfect place for a family break with small kids.
Beautiful area. Very close to other amenities and towns.
The initial meet and greet at reception. However, afterwards everyone was very helpful .

Das Hotel liegt dierekt am Meer. Es ist sehr schön spazieren zu gehen, es ist dort sehr ruhig.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, mit Meeresblick.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, war aber chaotisch in der Organisation.

Very little. It felt expensive for a night in rural ireland. Exceptional quality from room to dining. The main bar was closed.

Het is wel een behoorlijk groot hotel. In de directe omgeving zijn geen restaurants, pubs of winkels.

Overall very good, lady serving breakfast 2nd morning could do with a course on dealing with guests a little better.
On one of the finest days of the year, the lady serving in the afternoon telling every guest that there was no out door eating and everybody had to eat inside!! Not sure if she was worried about us getting sunburnt or couldn’t be bothered bringing out the food!!!
Lovely location, great fitness and pool facilities
Reception staff were not the most helpful. We checked into our room and had a large bag of rubbish from the previous occupant on the floor, chewing gum on the bedside table and on the floor at the foot of the bed. We took the bag of rubbish to reception and then told them we also had had a shower and had no body wash or shampoo in our bottles, they said they would send someone up while we had dinner, when we returned to the room all that had been done is a bottle of liquid soap was placed on the floor of the bathroom, no shampoo or shower gel refilled, bar staff couldn’t make any drinks requested as main bar was closed and small pub bar didn’t have the same facilities they said, the bar member was very nice and friendly and this was not their fault but they couldn’t use the main bar so options were extremely limited.
