We stayed for a concert and was close to bus exchange and close yo M1 for access to airport.

Happy Stay
Pros:

I have just returned to Sydney after 7 days staying here and I absolutely loved it. The place is very convenient, safe, clean and everyone was friendly. It's stress free accommodation with noone sitting in your pocket, you have your own privacy, a 2 min walk to the shops and plenty of parking. I found my room to be very clean, plenty of room and cosy, the ac was fantastic after a busy day. The bed was ap comfortable that I even took a photo of the lable so i could by it for myself, i had no back pain. It had everything that I needed and I will definitely rebook when I return. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable 😊

Good location friendly staff had everything we needed

No microwave in the room other than that everything was all good

Overall it was a satisfactory stay
Pros:

I was disturbed by one guest and it was irritating to a point that I had to lodge a complain with the front desk. Luckily he was checked sent out of the property.

Cons:

Some of the housekeeping staffs were not friendly enough. Dishes wouldnt be washed unless I tell them to do it

If you are restricted in mobility ask for downstairs appartments.Would definitely book when in the Sunnybank area.
Pros:

Easy to find.

Cons:

Entrance to bathroom in room 32 had an inch difference and I kept kicking my foot on it.
Needs to a slope to smooth out the difference made to prevent injury.
