Nothing
They were doing remodeling. Instead of telling me before I booked when I talked to them on the phone, they said nothing about noise. Also instead of having common sense and blocking off one hallway at a time and not booking rooms next to ones being worked on, they booked us into a room surrounded by rooms being worked on. Was not able to take a nap during the day, woke extremely early in the morning by power tools and workers. When I questioned them about moving and why they booked rooms in a hall way under remodeling construction I got nothing but,” I don’t know”, not real professional and definitely not looking out for their own bottom line and their liability. This day and age that is a no no. I work in the trades as a contractor m/superintendent and we do let the general public around our work. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I do not recommend this place just on principle alone. We go to a family function in this town every year and this is the first at time we stayed here, we will go back to the hotel we stayed at before from now on, higher price or not. Staff were incompetent about situation and not helpful at all. But it’s just like everything else in society today. No one takes responsibility or gives a damn.

Bathtub was rusty, killed 2 bugs(roaches), no water when I arrived, no hot water the next morning, very noisy

No towels broken down bed. Roaches were bad. Handicap room with a tall bath tub. My 91 y/o mother could not get in. When we asked for towels the first night they said they were out.
They we're very pleasant. Gave our Grandbaby free Skittles for her birthday. Great rooms, luggage carts, great pool, great breakfast and noon check out. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Could not get cold water in the shower. Elevator was pretty old and a little uncomfortable.
The breakfast was poor, no tea bags for the hot water, ran out of items, coffee machine not working one day…
Bed was clean, no pests. Good breakfast.
Filthy stairway, food left in our fridge from the previous guest, bathroom lights flickering, AWFUL coffee in the room, dead birds near the entryway, trash from guests left in the hallway for hours.
