Overall enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

I was not a fan of the powdered eggs, but loved that you had a zero calorie juice drink option.

Cons:

Some of the finishes were worn and needed repaired. Beds were very comfortable.

Shower didn’t work lights were out in room tried to get them fixed didn’t happen. The swimming pool was closed.

The greeting and interaction at check-in was nice after a long day.
Pros:

The front desk agent was fantastic. Said she’s been there 16 years. You could tell she liked her job. Great personality.

Cons:

Bath tub had some rust. But was fine.

Very comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Delicious breakfast Comfortable bed, great AC, very friendly staff

Cons:

The guests next door were rather noisy but we didn't complain because there were several kids. They were just kids being kids. One of the security locks on the door was very loose and needed to be screwed back in. The elevator wasn't working but that didn't really affect us because our room was on the bottom floor. Had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn the shower on :)

Pros:

It was a nice hotel and the service we received at check in and checkout was superior! Tue room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service so we had to climb stairs to get to our room and when we left. Also the person working Saturday morning was rude and didn't have all the breakfast stuff set out and told us we would have to wait an hour or so to get what we wanted.

Pros:

Location was perfect for the occasion I was in Graham. It fit my budget too.

Cons:

I found roaches in my room. One ON my bed and one in the bathroom. Also, a dead roach smashed on the wall in the dining room. Totally unpleasant. I would never stay there again and am sorry I recommended the hotel to my friends who had the same experience that I had. Their encounter with roaches was so bad they changed rooms. I was fearful to turn on the light at night, afraid I would see roaches on my bed, wall, floor etc. Totally unclean!
